There are some couples that you just click with instantly—and Alicia and Kenneth were exactly that. From the very first moment we met in Centro Ybor for their engagement session, I could tell this shoot was going to be something truly special.
Centro Ybor, with its historic charm, vibrant colors, and unique textures, made the perfect backdrop for Alicia and Kenneth's engagement session photography in Tampa. Wandering its iconic brick-lined streets felt like stepping into another world—and these two brought the magic with them.
Alicia is so graceful and sweet, and the way Kenneth looks at her could melt anyone’s heart. But what really stood out was the way Kenneth kept her smiling and giggling the entire time. His great sense of humor is clearly one of the many reasons Alicia fell in love with him. Every laugh they shared during the session was genuine, and capturing those candid moments reminded me why I love photojournalistic photography so much. Those little in-between moments are always my favorite—candids that truly tell the story of two people in love.
Their chemistry is undeniable, and their love is so easy and natural. As a Tampa photographer, I always feel honored to witness couples who share such a beautiful connection. Alicia and Kenneth radiated joy and warmth, making my job feel effortless.
