On June 20th, Sierra and De'lontay celebrated the beginning of their forever with a beautiful wedding day along the shores of Pass-a-Grille Beach in St. Petersburg, Florida. Surrounded by the people they love most, the couple exchanged vows against a breathtaking backdrop of soft sand, gentle waves, and the warm Florida sunshine.

From the very beginning, it was clear that Sierra and De'lontay are deeply sentimental people. Following their beach ceremony, guests gathered for a stunning rooftop reception at the Residence Inn. With panoramic views of the city and the Gulf Coast, the venue provided the perfect setting for an evening filled with joy, laughter, and unforgettable moments. As the sun began to set, the rooftop transformed into a romantic space where loved ones shared stories, danced, and celebrated the newlyweds.

Amber & John’s Sunset Engagement at Pass-A-Grille Beach

There’s something timeless about a Florida sunset, especially when it frames a couple as joyful and genuine as Amber and John. Their engagement session at Pass-A-Grille Beach in St. Petersburg was everything we love about photographing love stories — golden light, heartfelt laughter, and a touch of coastal magic.

Amber and John arrived ready to celebrate this exciting season in their lives, joined by their sweet dog, Stormy, and the groom’s parents. It was truly a family affair, filled with love, warmth, and a few spontaneous moments that made the session feel effortlessly them. Stormy stole the show more than once, bounding along the shore and posing perfectly between her humans as the sun dipped lower over the gulf.

Pass-A-Grille Beach is one of our favorite engagement photo locations in St. Pete — soft sands, sea-breeze romance, and those breathtaking views that make every shot feel like a painting. Watching Amber and John share a quiet moment by the water, you could just feel how excited they are for all that lies ahead — especially their 2027 wedding at the Florida Aquarium! Meryl + Matt Step Into The Limelight | Pass-a-Grille Beach | St. Pete Beach, FL

So fun fact…

after Meryl & Matt’s first date…and after nonstop conversations, they ended up at Taco Bell! {the BEST spot for a midnight snack, am I right?}

Meryl & Matt met on Tinder and have been dating for almost seven years. They are now cat parents and they LOVE spending quality time at Disney together.

Matt made sure to propose to Meryl in the most perfect way. While on a boat he popped the question and when Meryl turned around their families and close friends were all there to celebrate with them! Proposal and engagement party all in one.

We laughed so hard during their engagement session, learning about what we love and just getting to know each other. We had such a great time… we started by the Dewey in St. Pete and ended up on the beach enjoying the sunset and overlooking their wedding venue, Bellwether Beach Resort.

I cannot wait to celebrate these two beautiful ones, it will be such a fun day. I may cry, I will definitely laugh and I’ll get to hang with the cool kids. Meryl & Matt, happy wedding planning. Enjoy each moment and run to Disney if you’re ever stressed ♡

A beautiful sunset, a champagne pop, and a great couple… we can’t ask for much more!

We are always so happy when we get to meet our sweet couples before their wedding day and the sunset for their engagement session was the cherry on top! These two are such a sweet pair. Seeing their interactions and laughter between photos truly made taking the photos so much fun.

We can’t wait to see them in a year and a half at Longboat Key Club when they say “I do”!
