Challenging Creativity… & Capturing It!
The theme, “Are You Up for the Challenge?”, invited Tampa Bay’s top event professionals to design extraordinary tablescapes under pressure. Participants collaborated in teams, combining floral design, linens, lighting, and décor to create experiences that wowed. This high-energy, interactive event celebrated teamwork and imagination — everything that makes Tampa Bay’s event community so dynamic.
From elegant champagne tones and lush floral textures to dramatic, modern color palettes, each team showcased a unique style worthy of the coveted Golden NACE Charger. We loved photographing not only the end results but also the behind-the-scenes action: hands styling centerpieces, sparks of laughter during creative breakthroughs, and that unmistakable sense of camaraderie that fuels the event industry.
Tampa’s Best Come Together
After the design competition, the room transformed into a celebration over a delectable lunch catered by Delectables Fine Catering. Conversation and collaboration continued as peers shared insights and inspiration, connecting with others shaping the future of Tampa Bay’s wedding and event scene. The event wouldn’t have been possible without the generous support of Fiesta Solutions, our venue host, and the many sponsors who made the day shine.
