Danielle + Matt Step Into The Limelight | Sirata Beach Resort | St. Pete Beach, FL

A Sunny Sirata Beach Destination Wedding

There’s something magical about St. Pete Beach sunsets. For Danielle and Matt, it’s more than just a view. It’s a place woven into their story. After meeting in 2020 thanks to a little matchmaking from Danielle’s uncle, and a proposal atop Starved Rock’s sweeping cliffs, the two chose to say “I do” surrounded by the people they love most on the soft, white sands of the Gulf.

Their destination wedding at the Sirata Beach Resort was the perfect mix of modern and laid back coastal charm. The ceremony took place right on the beach, with waves rolling gently behind them as they exchanged personal vows under the Florida sun.

After golden hour portraits along the shoreline, the celebration moved inside to the Majestic Palm Ballroom, where the vibe turned electric. From heartfelt toasts to a packed dance floor that with some classic hits to 2000s pop-punk,  this reception was a true reflection of who they are. Fun, warm, and full of life!

Fun. Memorable. Sunny. Danielle and Matt’s Sirata Beach wedding was everything they dreamed of: Personal, Joyful, and deeply them!

Diana + Miguel Step Into The Limelight | Hotel Zamora | St. Pete Beach, FL

Diana and Miguel celebrated their special day at the beautiful Hotel Zamora in St. Pete — a stunning spot that matched their energy perfectly. From the start, the day was filled with laughter, love, and the kind of joy that brings everyone together.

Diana got ready surrounded by her bridesmaids, and the room was full of good music and contagious smiles. She shares a beautiful bond with her family, and it was easy to see how much love surrounds her. One of the most emotional moments of the day was her first look with her dad — a heartfelt exchange that left the photographer teary-eyed.

Their rooftop ceremony overlooked the breathtaking views of St. Pete, and as Diana and Miguel exchanged vows, it felt like time stood still. Every glance, every smile between them showed how deeply connected they are.

Throughout the celebration, there were countless candid moments — laughter, hugs, and little looks that perfectly told their story. It was a day full of genuine emotions, an atmosphere that reflected who they are as a couple: warm, joyful, and full of love.

Hayley + Robbie Step Into The Limelight | Hotel Zamora | St. Pete, FL

Hayley & Robbie — Day 2!
From the Stadium to the Rooftop Celebration at The Hotel Zamora

After the emotional “I do’s” at Raymond James Stadium, it was time for round two the ultimate celebration at The Hotel Zamora in St. Pete Beach. If their ceremony was heartfelt and intimate, their reception was pure energy.

The rooftop at The Hotel Zamora was glowing with sunset colors, the kind that make you stop and just take it all in. The ocean breeze, the laughter echoing between the tables, the sound of clinking glasses it was one of those nights that you wish could last forever.

From the moment guests arrived, you could feel the joy in the air. Everyone was ready to celebrate, and let’s just say… they did not hold back! There was dancing, singing, and so much laughter,  exactly the kind of night that perfectly fits Hayley and Robert’s vibe.

I loved how they kept everything true to who they are, relaxed, fun, and real. Their “bar game night” theme came to life with cornhole, a giant Jenga, and even a custom puzzle guest book. It felt less like a traditional wedding and more like the best house party ever… just with better outfits and a killer view!

One of my favorite moments was watching them dance together surrounded by friends and family, completely lost in the music, smiling from ear to ear. After the quiet emotion of their ceremony, this night was all about connection and celebration.

Looking around, you could see how loved they are, everyone was part of the joy. That’s what made photographing this wedding so special. It wasn’t just about beautiful places (though both the stadium and this rooftop were epic), it was about two people who built a love story that brings everyone together.

From the pirate ship to the rooftop, from “I do” to “let’s dance”  Hayley and Robert’s wedding was a journey of laughter, love, and unforgettable moments. And I feel so lucky to have captured it all.

Thank you so much for letting me be a part of these incredible and special days for you. “Ahoy!”

Jodie + Jim Step Into The Limelight | Sunken Gardens | St. Pete, FL

From the moment I stepped into the enchanting beauty of Sunken Gardens, I could feel the love and joy that surrounded Jodie and Jim — it was clear their wedding day would be something truly special. The lush tropical gardens, colorful blooms, and serene pathways perfectly reflected their love story — warm, genuine, and full of life.

Jodie and Jim first met back in 2009 through mutual friends when Jodie needed help with College Algebra. Even though Jim hadn’t seen an algebra equation since the year Jodie was born, he volunteered to be her tutor — and the rest is history! Fast forward to May 19, 2024, when Jim proposed aboard the Carnival Vista Cruise Line, with the help of Jodie’s best friend, Angel, who orchestrated the perfect surprise.

Their garden-style tropical theme wedding at Sunken Gardens was a dream. Inspired by their shared love for rainforests, the setting was filled with vibrant greenery and the sound of laughter echoing through the trees. One of the most touching moments of the day was when they exchanged heartfelt vows surrounded by family and friends — truly the heart of their celebration. Later, the energy shifted to pure joy as everyone hit the dance floor for an unforgettable evening of celebration.

Jodie and Jim’s connection radiated through every image — the way he looks at her, the way she smiles at him — pure magic. It was such a joy to document their story through photojournalistic photography and capture authentic wedding candids that reflect their personalities so beautifully.

Congratulations, Jodie and Jim! Your day was relaxed, full of love, and an absolute honor to capture.

Amy + Nicholas Step Into The Limelight | The Birchwood | St. Pete, FL

Romantic Rooftop Elopement at The Birchwood

On July 21st, Amy and Nick celebrated their love with a beautiful and intimate elopement at The Birchwood in St. Petersburg, Florida. Nestled in the heart of downtown and just steps from the Tampa Bay waterfront, this charming boutique hotel was the perfect setting for a quiet yet unforgettable celebration.

Their day was filled with genuine emotion, relaxed elegance, and the kind of moments that remind you what weddings are truly about: connection, meaning, and love.

The couple chose a rooftop elopement on The Birchwood’s scenic terrace, with sweeping views of the bay and the city skyline as their backdrop. With only their closest loved ones present, Amy and Nick exchanged heartfelt vows in a private ceremony bathed in golden Florida sunshine. The setting felt dreamy, romantic and intimate, yet grand in its own way.

Back at The Birchwood, the newlyweds shared a quiet rooftop toast and a few joyful dances as the sun dipped behind the horizon. It was a simple, elegant ending to a day that felt entirely authentic, emotional, and full of love.
