Ashley + Tim Step Into The Limelight | Opal Sands Resort | Clearwater, FL

Ashley and Tim met in February of 2015. Tim came into Ashley’s work to have Ricki, one of her coworkers, sign a contract for a home she was looking to purchase. Ricki was persistent in having the two meet and get to know each other. Tim called Ashley one evening and that's basically where it all started. Thank God for Ricki, she has since passed away. We will always hold a special place in our hearts for Ricki!

It was Christmas evening and the two were sitting on their couch in their apartment. Ashley was joking around and said "I really thought we were going to get engaged for Christmas" Tim then pulled out the ring, slid it on her finger and said let's do it! Ashley thought he was kidding, but then she got so excited she threw up haha! (But she forgot to mention she was really sick with a virus/cold.)

This sweet couple loves their fur babies, binge watching tv shows, going out to eat, traveling and shopping. Tim smiles with his eyes when he sees Ashley, and he goes above and beyond taking care of her. He is ambitious and gets things taken care, which Ashley appreciates so she don't have to stress. Tim love’s Ashley's big blue eyes! Ashley has such a big heart - she is very caring and compassionate. The connection and laughter between Ashley and Tim is beautiful to witness. What a joy they are each getting to marry their best friend!

Ashley and Tim definitely wanted to have a view of the water for their magical day, and Opal Sands was so gorgeous they knew instantly they wanted to get married there. They selected formal outfits that were also somewhat beachy. Their wedding was beachy, classy, elegant, romantic and fun. It was a day of sharing their love for each other and celebrating with family and close friends all having the time of their lives!

It was very special for Ashley and Tim’s family and friends travelled in to come to their wedding. Sharing the day with so many family and friends they have not seen in a long time and celebrating afterwards was so much fun and so many new memories created for them!

Megan + Ed Step Into The Limelight | Seagate Hotel & Spa + Seagate Country Club | Delray Beach, FL

Megan & Ed met each other at the University of Florida at a dental school and nursing school social. They enjoyed a couple of drinks and danced the night away, only to meet each other the next day for breakfast {the rest, they say is history!}

Instantly we began to see the love these two share for each other. Megan is the sweetest thing ever! She is so genuine, delicate, caring and just a joy to be around. Ed is a true gentleman and cares for others in every way. Their wedding reflected ALL of those attributes as we witnessed Megan & Ed interact with each other, family and friends. It was such a delight to be a part of their day!

When I asked why they selected The Seagate Hotel & Spa and The Seagate Country Club, their answer was so selfless… they wanted a location everyone could enjoy, not only during the wedding day but also the entire weekend with different activities and great restaurants around. They made sure their guests felt welcome, comfortable and a part of the family.

With that in mind, their entire day was impeccable! Beautifully planned and executed by Your Special Day by Joni and her team and we ALL felt at ease and were able to truly enjoy each moment.  I love when I can look back and say, “they truly enjoyed their wedding day” We all felt it, we were all living such great moments together. From the getting ready to the glow sticks send off… it was all elegant, meaningful and fun!

Megan & Ed, thank you so much for having us and allowing us to be a part of such a memorable day! We wish you both ALL the best life can bring,

Hanni + Brian Step Into The Limelight | Zota Beach Resort | Longboat Key, FL

Hanni and Brian were introduced by a friend/co-worker.  They immediately hit it off and began dating. At the time, Brian lived in Virginia Beach so he would drive up every other weekend for a whole year until he moved up to Northern Virginia. In mid May, Brian put a ring on a crawfish claw on a plate of crawfish and proposed to the love of his life, Hanni. They absolutely love spending time together and enjoy each other’s friendship. Together, they fly fish, enjoy bike rides, walk their two labs and enjoy traveling.

This wonderful couple got married at the Zota Beach Resort in Long Boat Key FL. Their beautiful ceremony was held on the beach. Hanni looked spectacular in her white wedding gown as her father walked her down to meet Brian who was so excitedly waiting for her. This was definitely a moment to remember since her father had recently had a couple complications but he made it down the aisle to give her away.

After this heartwarming ceremony, the new weds joined their friends and family to celebrate their love for each other inside one of the resorts banquet halls.

Amanda + James Step Into The Limelight | The Florida Aquarium | Tampa, FL

In 2014, James was finishing up his residency and Amanda was working as a nurse on the orthopedic unit at a hospital in St. Petersburg. James initiated their friendship at work by coming to where Amanda’s unit to bring her coffee and conversation. They both seemed to work off the same humor and it was effortless to make one another laugh. One day James worked up the courage to ask Amanda for her phone number. They went on several dates and James swept Amanda off her feet!

James proposed to Amanda after taking her out to a romantic dinner at Armani’s. They came home and Amanda went to pet their dog Stella when she discovered that James had placed an engagement ring around her collar. When James saw that she noticed the ring, he got down on one knee while holding Stella and asked Amanda to marry him! What made it even more memorable was that The University of Florida baseball team won the College World Series National Championship! They are huge Gators fans…so they celebrated their engagement with champagne, laughs, love, and a National Championship!

James and Amanda originally planned on getting married on Duck Key in The Florida Keys, however, Hurricane Irma damaged their wedding venue and they were forced to relocate. James and Amanda love sea life, so after touring The Florida Aquarium they knew it was where they wanted to say their wedding vows.

Congratulations Amanda + James we are very excited for this new chapter in your lives together as husband and wife!

Elizabeth + Mathieu Step Into The Limelight | University of Tampa + The Florida Aquarium | Tampa, FL

Tinder + Honesty + Cats = Elizabeth & Mathieu

Are you wondering how it all ads up?

Elizabeth & Matthew are a result of modern love, they met on Tinder in 2016. They can both truthfully say, they can be themselves around each other and they both are amazed on how they are still together! They are so silly together and they really do enjoy being around each other. They both share a LOVE for cats!

They love traveling together, trying new restaurants and cuisines and going to the movies.

Oh and did I mention, Mathieu is french? Yes! And they both live in Paris! How amazing is that?

Their wedding was so charming, modern yet vintage with a touch of class. We LOVED Elizabeth’s dramatic wedding gown, the additional lace detailed cape was absolutely everything! And then, for the ceremony Elizabeth added the most gorgeous cathedral veil… we were in awe of the gorgeousness!

Their unique style led them to select The Florida Aquarium as their ceremony + reception venue. It was pure perfection! They danced the night away with the fishes and all was well with the world.

Elizabeth & Mathieu we wish you both all the JOYS life can bring. You deserve LOVE and everything NICE.
