Christina + Logan Step Into The Limelight | The CURRENT Hotel | Tampa, FL

Some weddings are beautiful. Others stay with you. This one… Our team felt it.

It all started in the most modern way possible, on Hinge. Just a swipe that turned into something real, the kind of connection you don’t question. Their first date was at Haven on November 15, 2023, and from everything they shared with me, you could already tell,  that night mattered. They talked for hours, laughed easily, and somewhere between conversations and Brussels sprouts, something just clicked. And it kept growing.

One of the things I loved most about their story is how much they truly enjoy life together. Their trip through Lake Como, Amsterdam, and London wasn’t just about the places, it was about them. The way they experience things side by side, with that lightness that only real connection brings.

The proposal happened at Vinoy Park, during a picnic on March 4th, 2025. Quiet, meaningful, no excess. Just love, presence, and a “yes” that already felt certain.

And then came the wedding day...

It happened at the beautiful The Current Hotel, and honestly… everything about that day felt right. The ceremony was on the deck, surrounded by water, with that peaceful, almost calming energy that you can’t fake. In the background, the skyline of Tampa reminded us where we were, but it almost felt like we were somewhere else entirely, in a quiet little world they created just for that moment.

And the bride…

It’s hard to put into words without sounding dramatic, but she was breathtaking. Not just because of the dress (which, by the way, was absolutely iconic and one of those you don’t forget), but because of who she is. She’s the kind of person who is genuinely kind to everyone, soft, warm, present. You could see how much people love her just by the way they looked at her.

There were a few moments I had to pause internally and remind myself: you’re working. Because the emotion was real. The energy of the day was emotional in the best way, the kind that fills your chest a little and makes your eyes sting if you’re not careful.

As a photographer, you witness a lot. But every now and then, you get to be part of something that feels bigger than just images. Being there, documenting her, seeing the way everything unfolded… it was truly an honor.

Everything was done with so much intention. Every detail had meaning, every choice had care behind it. Nothing felt random.

From a simple swipe to a day that felt this full, this beautiful, this emotional… it just makes you believe in timing, in connection, in all of it.

And I can honestly say, we loved being part of their day.

Coastal Elegance Meets Beachside Charm: Lexi & Josh’s Dream Wedding at Longboat Key Club

Lexi and Josh’s wedding day at Longboat Key Club was the perfect blend of coastal elegance and laid-back beachside charm. Set against the soft white sands and shimmering blue water, their entire day unfolded right on the beach ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all seamlessly blending into one unforgettable seaside experience.

From the moment the day began, it was clear this wedding would be special. Lexi made a deeply meaningful choice by wearing her mother’s wedding dress, a timeless piece that added an extra layer of emotion and elegance to the day. Seeing her walk across the sand, dress flowing gently in the coastal breeze, was a moment no one will forget. The ceremony took place just steps from the water, with waves providing a natural soundtrack as Lexi and Josh exchanged vows.

The setting was effortlessly beautiful - no need for anything over-the-top when you have a view like that. Guests enjoyed a relaxed cocktail hour right on the sand, soaking in the golden light and ocean air before transitioning into a lively reception under the open sky.

As the sun dipped lower, the beach glowed with that perfect Florida sunset light, creating the dreamiest backdrop for portraits and candid moments alike. Every detail of the day felt intentional yet relaxed, allowing everyone to truly be present and celebrate.

To end the night, Lexi and Josh made their grand exit surrounded by the glow of faux sparklers—a fun and creative twist that kept the energy high and gave them a magical send-off without missing a beat. It was a day full of love, beauty, and meaningful moments, perfectly capturing the essence of a coastal wedding.

Lexi and Josh’s Longboat Key celebration on March 14, 2026 was a reminder of how powerful simplicity can be when paired with a stunning setting and a couple so clearly in love.

Hannah + Varun Step Into The Limelight | Opal Sands + Sand Key Beach + Island Way Grill | Clearwater, FL

Hannah & Varun | A Clearwater Beach Wedding Full of Adventure and Heart

Some wedding days go exactly as planned and some turn into adventures. Hannah and Varun’s wedding was definitely the latter and honestly, that’s what made it so special.

Their day took us across three Clearwater locations. Getting ready at Opal Sol, a beach ceremony at Sand Key, and an evening reception at Island Way Grill. Guests traveled together on the Jolly Trolley while our team stayed one step ahead to capture every moment as it unfolded.

The morning started with relaxed getting ready moments and a heartfelt first look at the hotel. Before heading to the ceremony, we took a spontaneous trip to the beach with the bridal party, and those shots ended up being some of the favorite images of the whole day.

When we arrived at the ceremony site, a passing Florida storm rolled through. I hopped on the Jolly Trolley with Hannah, Varun, and their guests and the wait for the rain to pass became its own celebration. Music played, people danced, laughter filled the air, and everyone soaked in the joy of being together.

As soon as the rain passed, guests lined the beach entrance and Hannah and Varun exchanged vows in a beautifully intimate ceremony framed by dramatic post storm skies and ocean air.

Afterward we embraced the soft, moody light for portraits along the shoreline, proof that sometimes the unexpected creates the most meaningful images.

The celebration continued at Island Way Grill with heartfelt toasts, first dances, and a room full of family and friends celebrating together late into the evening.

Hannah and Varun’s wedding was a perfect reminder that the best wedding days aren’t about perfect conditions, they’re about great people, good energy, and simply enjoying being together.

An incredible couple, an unforgettable team effort, and a wedding we won’t forget anytime soon.

Lorraine + Russell Step Into The Limelight | Grove | Lakewood Ranch, FL

Lorraine and Russell’s story doesn’t begin with a grand gesture. It begins the way many meaningful things do—quietly, naturally, in a place filled with laughter and good conversation. Back in Orlando, around 2006, a wine bar owned by Lorraine’s friends became the backdrop for something neither of them could have planned. It was easy, familiar, and unforced. The kind of place where you don’t realize your life is about to change—you’re just there, enjoying the moment.

And somehow, in that relaxed setting, they found each other.

What grew from that first meeting wasn’t rushed. It was built over time, shaped by shared dinners, conversations, rounds of golf, and evenings spent cooking together. Their love feels like something steady—grounded in friendship, balanced in all the right ways. Russell brings a calm, thoughtful presence that anchors everything. Lorraine brings warmth, humor, and a light that fills every space she walks into. Together, they don’t just complement each other—they elevate each other.

Years later, on their third anniversary, Russell planned a moment that felt just like them—intentional, but never overdone. Dinner at Pasquale’s Trattoria was nothing out of the ordinary. It was one of their places, familiar and comfortable. The kind of night you don’t question.

Until you do.

After dinner, Russell disappeared for what felt like a little too long. When he came back, he carried a plate filled with every dessert on the menu. Lorraine laughed, confused—they hadn’t ordered anything. But in the center of it all was something small she hadn’t noticed at first. A box. And in that moment, everything shifted. Russell dropped to one knee, and in the most unexpected, beautifully simple way, asked her to spend forever with him.

It was thoughtful. Personal. Completely them.

Their wedding day carried that same quiet intentionality—but with an added layer of meaning that made it unforgettable. They chose March 28th, not just as a beautiful date, but as something deeply personal: it was the wedding anniversary of Lorraine’s parents. A day already filled with love, history, and commitment became the foundation for their own beginning. It wasn’t just symbolic—it felt like a blessing, like their story was being gently woven into something that had already stood the test of time. That choice alone made the entire celebration feel even more magical.

Nothing about their wedding was overcomplicated, yet every detail carried meaning. It was a celebration designed to feel warm and inviting—timeless in a way that doesn’t chase trends, but instead leans into what truly matters. The elegance was effortless. The atmosphere, intentional. Every choice, from the music to the textures of the day, spoke to who they are and the life they’ve built together.

There’s something incredibly special about a wedding that doesn’t try to be anything other than honest. Lorraine and Russell created a space where people could simply be—surrounded by good food, good wine, and even better company. Where laughter flowed easily, where the music carried emotion through every moment, and where the dance floor became a reflection of pure joy.

The beauty of their day lived in the details you feel more than you see. Personalized touches placed thoughtfully throughout the reception. Songs chosen not just for how they sound, but for what they mean. The quiet glances between them during the ceremony. The way they stood side by side, fully present, taking it all in.

Because at the heart of it, this day wasn’t about perfection. It was about connection.

It was about two people who found each other in the most natural way, who built something real over time, and who chose to celebrate it surrounded by the people who matter most.

And when the music started, when the lights softened, when the room filled with movement and laughter—that’s where their story continues. Not in a single moment, but in all the moments they’ll keep creating together.

Fun. Romantic. Unforgettable. Exactly as it was always meant to be.

Sandy + Kevin Step Into The Limelight | Tampa Palms Country Club | Tampa, FL

Sandy and Kevin were married on a beautiful, sunny and windy day at Tampa Palms Country Club surrounded by their closest family and friends.

Their story goes back further than most. They technically met in preschool, something they only discovered years later through an old photo. They truly met at fourteen in high school, became close friends, stayed connected through college, and began dating during winter break of their senior year in 2016. Kevin later proposed privately in their New York City apartment, a simple and meaningful moment that felt completely true to them.

The vision for their wedding was open, relaxed, and joyful. After spending much of their time in New York City apartments, they wanted sunlight and fresh Florida fresh air.

Spring florals and pastel tones reflected a Florida garden feel. Sandy chose a simple, classic gown before changing into a fun reception outfit with pants and a feathered top. Bridesmaids wore mixed colors and styles, adding personality to the day.

Personal touches appeared throughout, including custom signage designed by Sandy and a guest board featuring the venue for friends and family to sign. Cocktail hour at sunset, accompanied by live saxophone music, became one of the highlights of the evening.

Officiated by one of their closest friends, the ceremony told their story through memories gathered from both families. The night ended outside under twinkle lights with dancing, laughter, and exactly the atmosphere they hoped to create: whimsical, carefree, and happy.
