Fenway Steps Into The Limelight | Fenway Hotel Wedding Showcase

A Morning of Wedding Magic at The Fenway Hotel

There is something especially magical about a wedding morning before the doors open… the quiet anticipation, the first rays of Florida sun spilling across historic architecture, and a team of creatives bringing a shared vision to life. Our recent styled shoot at The Fenway Hotel in Dunedin was all of that and more.

Hosted by The Fenway Hotel and Jobelle Designs ahead of the hotel’s Bridal Showcase, this morning was a beautiful celebration of intentional design, meaningful collaboration, and the kind of joyful energy that reminds us why we love photographing weddings in the first place.

A Historic Dunedin Setting

The Fenway Hotel has a presence that feels both timeless and full of personality. Its historic charm, elegant spaces, and signature Dunedin character created such an inspiring backdrop for a wedding editorial… refined without feeling stiff, elevated while still inviting guests to relax and celebrate.

Before the Bridal Showcase began, the hotel was filled with that wonderful, behind-the-scenes hum: florals being placed with care, stationery styled in perfect little layers, gowns catching the morning light, and each detail finding its place in the story.

As photographers, we are always looking for the moments that feel honest as well as beautiful. The Fenway gave us both. From its architectural details to the soft, romantic corners throughout the property, every space offered an opportunity to create imagery that felt editorial, warm, and connected.

Designed With Intention

Jobelle Designs brought such a thoughtful eye to the shoot, weaving the entire vision together in a way that felt polished, romantic, and effortlessly celebratory. We loved seeing how every vendor’s work complemented the next… florals, fashion, paper goods, tablescape details, beauty, and the venue itself all working together rather than competing for attention.

That is one of our favorite things about a styled shoot: it is never just about one beautiful element. It is about the way every creative choice contributes to a larger feeling.

The result was a wedding-day story filled with texture, movement, color, and joy. It felt elevated, but never overdone. Romantic, but still modern. And most importantly, it felt like a celebration… exactly the feeling we hope our couples experience when they look back on their own wedding photographs.

The Joy of Creative Community

We left the morning feeling so grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with such an incredible group of like-minded wedding professionals. There is a special kind of energy that happens when vendors come together with generosity, creativity, and a shared commitment to serving couples well.

From the earliest setup moments to the final photographs, the room was full of encouragement, laughter, problem-solving, and genuine excitement for one another’s work. It was a reminder that the wedding industry is at its best when it is rooted in community.

We believe the most memorable wedding days are created by teams who care deeply—not only about beautiful details, but also about the people at the center of the celebration. Working alongside talented vendors who value experience, artistry, and hospitality makes all the difference, both for the creative process and for the couples we serve.

For Couples Planning at The Fenway

If you are dreaming of a Florida wedding that feels refined, personal, and full of joy, The Fenway Hotel is such a beautiful place to begin. Its Dunedin location offers historic charm, an unmistakable sense of place, and a setting that can hold both an intimate gathering and a lively, unforgettable celebration.

And when you build a vendor team that understands your vision, you get more than beautiful wedding details… you get the freedom to be present. You get to soak in the hugs, the happy tears, the quiet hand squeezes, and the full-hearted joy of having your favorite people in one place.

That is where we come in.

Heather + Tarek Step Into The Limelight | Fenway Hotel, Autograph Collection | Dunedin, FL

Heather and Tarek’s wedding day turned out to be not only a union of two beautiful families, but also a day where their little ones could witness their parent’s sweet love.

Heather and Tarek’s friends and family (+ a belly dancer, gifted by the Groom’s mom) brought high energy as they danced the night away! We especially loved watching the kids make their way to the dance floor to bust a move.

We wish this couple all the sweetest wedding memories and years filled with laughter, and limitless love. Cheers!

NACE Meeting | Fenway Hotel, Autograph Collection

A brisk and sunny Florida “winter” day - it was a perfect backdrop at the historic and beautiful Fenway Hotel, Autograph Collection for this Tampa Bay NACE luncheon! We are honored that Limelight Photography was the official photographer of this industry event.

Blending historic legacy with modern sophistication, Fenway Hotel, Autograph Collection is exactly like nothing else. For over 90 years, the hotel has welcomed some of the world's most celebrated artists, politicians and luminaries to Dunedin, Florida; a Jazz Age landmark, it was home to the county's first radio station, and vestiges of its musical past exist around every corner. Boutique rooms and suites feature natural light and carefully considered amenities including complimentary Wi-Fi and pillowtop bedding; many provide views of the waterfront. Elsewhere at the hotel, we invite you to sample perfectly prepared steak and other specialties at HEW Parlor & Chophouse, our airy restaurant; then ascend to Hi-Fi Rooftop Bar and pair your cocktail with sweeping views. Those planning events in Dunedin can choose from nearly 11,500 square feet of space, including two verdant lawns and a unique ballroom. If you're in the mood to explore, attractions including Clearwater Marine Aquarium are easily within reach.

THIS IS HOW WE HAPPENED...

Back in 1970 he was born in Texas and because his dad was a military, he moved and lived every where in the country, landing in and out of FL a time or two, but in 2008 he was back for good and joined the lab at the back-then called All Children’s Hospital. While her, back in 1975 decided to enter the world via São Paulo Brazil. She too moved away from home, landing in Boston where she spent more than twenty-one years before heading down to St Petersburg to work at the All Children’s Hospital lab. We worked in distinct sections of the same lab. We were peers facing the same professional challenges and, with many other peers, we often collectively came up with solutions for our teams. Because of our work views and personalities similarities, we became friends and eventually discovered we were both facing final stages of the same personal challenges too. Eventually we were on the way to rebuild our lives and why not allow the friendship to evolve into something else? We wouldn’t be able to stop it anyway! But wait, we worked together and he was promoted, so we wanted make sure we were not violating any work policies, so we headed to HR. “What if they said nope, not allowed?”, “what if one of us had to go?” - we were both single parents and needed our jobs. We were so nervous at that meeting with HR. Matt started going in circles and wouldn’t stop talking, my legs were restless and words were barely spoken- like two teenagers asking dad if we could date... suddenly phew, we could become official and still keep our jobs! Matt ran to our bosses office and spilled it all out- I got their first congrats text and almost passed out! Our love grew inexplicably fast and when we were sure of it all, we engaged our kids and they were very receptive and we all got along right away. Life has thrown a lot of challenges at us but we grew stronger with each one of them. In a 2nd trip to Boston he very romantically popped the question- without hesitation i said YES...

USF VS UMASS

He had this proposal all planned out months before and he fooled me really well. He told me that the USF football would play UMASS in Boston and that would be a nice trip for us too. It was a nice getaway too, and God knows how much we needed it. The trip was sweet from the first moment we left the house- Matt is so special and romantic! We arrived at the airport in Boston about 10am, got our luggages, took an Uber and around 11am we were already in the Godfrey Hotel by the Boston Garden to drop off our luggages. For our surprise the room was ready and we could go upstairs- thank God, i thought, we had been out of the house since 4am! Quick trip to the room and I thought we could just relax for a little bit (I’m not a morning person and we’ve been up since 3:30a!) but Matt wanted to go for a walk, I tried using my powers to convince him but he firmly said “no Tomires, let’s go for a walk”. So we ventured towards the Boston Public Garden- fall was just beginning in Boston and the air was crispy and the trees had barely started to change. Matt looked worried and distant- I thought to be some issue with the kids or their mom- gave him a little space to talk when he wanted. We walked a little faster than usual, almost as in a mission, but I again wanted to give him his space. We entered the park and crossed the Lagoon Bridge, where the proposals usually happen. We stopped to admired the most beautiful tree, the only one with red leaves, full blown beauty. We stood under it and Matt started this deep conversation, all romantic, and in a quick movement he got on his knees and asked me if I would marry him. Oh my God, the world stopped and without a doubt I said YES. We hugged, kissed and made two bystander girls cry as well. They offered to take our pictures. We texted everyone, then in full ecstasy we headed out for some prosecco and then to Monica’s Salomeria, for our favorite Italian sandwich! He spotted that tree from the uber ride- I love this guy!

Dawn + Charles Step Into The Limelight | Fenway Hotel | Dunedin, FL

Dawn + Charles’ story began when they met on an online dating website. They are both big into health and fitness and love to train together by cycling, skiing boating, and hiking. Dawn + Charles are also hardworking and in their off time they love to live life large and travel.

Charles proposed to Dawn at a private beach in the Bahamas after enduring a very rough sea day on their boat. On the day of the proposal he knew the timing was right when all of a sudden the wind seized and the clouds opened to reveal the sun. He knew it was his late mothers presence and took it as a sign from above that Dawn was the one!

Congratulations on becoming husband and wife Dawn + Charles!
