INCON Corporate Conference – Day One at Opal Sol
Day one of INCON’s corporate conference set the tone for a forward-thinking, innovation-driven experience at the beautiful Opal Sol in Clearwater, Florida.
Bringing together professionals from across the industry, the event centered around the future of AI and emerging technologies. The day was structured with dynamic panels, educational workshops, and engaging discussions designed to challenge perspectives and spark meaningful conversations about what’s next in tech.
From the moment attendees entered the main ballroom, the atmosphere felt elevated and intentional. As the event photographer, my focus for day one was capturing authentic moments and strong speaker coverage. Conferences like this move quickly, so it’s about anticipating reactions — the subtle nods during a powerful statement, the engaged expressions in the audience, the networking conversations happening between sessions. Those candid moments are what truly tell athe story beyond the stage.
The energy throughout the day was forward-looking and collaborative. Conversations around artificial intelligence weren’t just theoretical — they were practical, strategic, and rooted in real-world application. You could feel that this wasn’t just another corporate gathering; it was a space for leaders to explore how technology is actively shaping the future of their industries.
INCON Corporate Conference – Day Two at Opal Sol
Day two shifted the focus from panels to action. The energy in the rooms was hands-on and collaborative, with attendees fully immersed in interactive workshops and AI-driven activities. Instead of listening, teams were building, brainstorming, and problem-solving together.
We focused on capturing authentic moments — small groups deep in discussion, hands-on activities, detail shots of notes and laptops, and the natural reactions that happen during collaboration. Jalyssa and I worked in sync, rotating between rooms to ensure variety and avoid duplicating coverage.
Midday, we organized the full group photo with all 130 attendees. Coordinating a group of that size required clear direction and teamwork, but we were able to capture a strong, unified image that reflected the scale of the event.
In the evening, the atmosphere shifted for dinner and the awards ceremony. The setting felt more celebratory, with styled tables and a sense of anticipation in the room. We divided roles — one capturing award recipients on stage, the other documenting candid reactions and table moments — allowing us to tell the full story of recognition and celebration.
From hands-on innovation to a night of acknowledgment, day two was dynamic, collaborative, and rewarding to document.
