What an unforgettable day celebrating Nicole and Luis at The Treasury on the Plaza in the heart of historic St. Augustine. There’s something timeless about this city. The cobblestone streets, the distant sound of church bells, the way the afternoon light falls against the old stone walls. It was the perfect backdrop for a love story years in the making.
Before the ceremony, we took portraits upstairs near the grand windows overlooking downtown. Below us, the city buzzed with life , but inside it was quiet. Just Nicole and Luis sharing a few moments together before everything began. You could feel the anticipation in the air, that mix of nerves and excitement that comes right before one of life’s biggest moments.
Then it was time.
The ceremony began beneath the soft glow of candlelight, the room falling silent as six spotlights illuminated Nicole walking down the aisle. The lights dimmed everywhere else. all focus on them. It was cinematic, emotional, and beautifully intimate.
After the ceremony, the newlyweds slipped away into the old bank vault, now a private cocktail lounge, where Luis mixed a drink for Nicole (which he might’ve ended up finishing himself). They shared some laughs and a quiet moment together before surprising their guests with a grand entrance like no other.
As the reception began, the bridal party entered to cheers, the lights dimmed again, and the vault doors slowly opened. Nicole and Luis stepped out, bathed in golden light as cold sparks lit up the room. It was electric. The kind of moment that gives everyone chills.
The rest of the night carried that same energy. Laughter, and dancing filled every corner of the room.
We ended the evening wandering the brick streets of St. Augustine as the sun dipped low and the city lights came on. The pink sky, the glow of the lanterns, and that unmistakable just married energy. It was the perfect ending to a perfect day.
