Abigail + Michael Step Into The Limelight | Streamsong Resort | Bowling Green, FL

How/when did you meet each other: Technically we met in pre-K and were best friends as kids but went our separate ways as kids do around high school and reconnected after college.

  1. How did he propose: He took me to Robinson’s Preserve, our favorite park, and took me on top of the hill to our spot.

What do you love about each other: I love how funny, smart, sweet, and fun he is. He says he loves everything, what a cheese ball, but in all seriousness he says he loves how smart and funny I am and that I am a genuine person he likes spending time with.

Interests/hobbies you enjoy doing together : We like enjoying where we live through boating, nature walks, eating great food, drinking yummy cocktails, and hanging out with friends and family.

Describe the overall story for your wedding: Our wedding is secluded and private, like us, as well as focused on the natural beauty of nature as well as the architecture of Streamsong, which we so enjoy. We are going for a southern rustic feel but with an elevated finish. Magnolia flowers and natural textures will be a big part of the day.

Abigail and Michael were married on a moody April afternoon in the heart of Florida but rain nor shine (or even a power outage) could keep these two from saying "I DO".

The couple was married at Streamsong resort which is full of modern southern class and charm making it the perfect place for this cowboy to claim his bride!!

As a grand exit the two speed off in their getaway Jeep. The sound of their loved ones cheering and cans clanging on the pavement finished off this special day, making a beautiful memory for all in attendance.

Morgan + Michael Step Into The Limelight | Sirata Beach Resort | St. Pete Beach, FL

Morgan & Michael are high school sweethearts ♥️
Michael asked Morgan to be his date at his junior formal when she was a sophomore in high school and they have been together ever since! They have been together for 11 years.

How did he propose:: It was my birthday weekend, a few months after we bought our first home and we were getting ready for dinner. I knew he was up to something (he is a very very bad liar) and I thought he was planning to have all my friends and family surprise me for my birthday. Well I was wrong! We were about to leave for dinner and he proposed in our living room, just the two of us and our dog Gracie and it was perfect. I always knew I wanted it to be private and just the two of us.

What do you love about each other:: Michael motivates me to be the best version of myself. He makes me laugh and smile everyday. He's caring, funny and always wants what is best for me. I love how much we have grown together over the years and our amazing life that we built together.

Michael loves how happy I make him and all of the memories that we made together and is looking forward to making more memories as husband and wife.

Interests/hobbies you enjoy doing together:: Going to the beach, taking our dog Gracie for walks, playing tennis, traveling and making memories together!

Morgan & Michael’s wedding day was simple, beachy, boho, classic and oh so romantic! St.Pete Beach is where they went on their first vacation together many years ago. Since then they have been back many times and have made some of their favorite memories. Morgan & Michael couldn't imagine getting married anywhere else. Most (if not all) of Morgan & Michael’s family & friends traveled to Florida from New Jersey! And what a fun group of people they are! They laughed, they danced and made many new beautiful memories together.

We just LOVED seeing their love shine through and just how beautifully they love each other.

We wish Morgan & Michael all good things! Cheers to a beautiful couple!

Sonja + Stephen Step Into The Limelight | The Vinoy® Renaissance St. Petersburg Resort & Golf Club + Sunset Ballroom | St. Petersburg, FL

…Sonja & Stephen…

How/when did you meet each other:: The first time they met: Sonja and Stephen met in March of 2013 in Connecticut, their home state. They met at work when Sonja was just 18 years old and Stephen was 24 years old. They knew they were soulmates from the very beginning and their very first kiss was absolutely magical. They moved in together within only 6 months of dating and they loved waking up next to each other every morning. The years passed one by one and they grew up together in love. Their little family also grew in size when their first gorgeous white Persian blue eyed fur baby Snowden came into their life and made their lives even fuller.

The Big Move: In 2018, Sonja's dream of becoming an attorney came true when she got accepted into law school in Florida. Stephen quickly and without hesitation followed the love of his life to the sunshine state. He says it was the best decision he ever made as they began their next chapter together in paradise! When the 2020 quarantine orders began in March, they fall in love once again as they welcomed their second fur baby, Simba who brought so much spunk and joy to the family alongside his big brother Snowden. They did not mind spending time together inside together in each other's lovely company.

How did he propose:: The Proposal: With only one year left of Sonja's law school career and 7 and 1/2 years of dating later (time flies when you're having fun!), Stephen knew it was time to seal the deal so he got down on one knee with the MOST stunning ring from Gold and Diamond Source (double halo emerald cut what Sonja dreamed of) at the stunning Isla Del Sol Yacht and Country club location waterside. It was the surprise proposal of Sonja's dreams and it still feels so surreal! Stephen secretly planned the whole thing with the help of Sonja's best friend, Shana who beautifully photographed the whole proposal and even created an outstanding balloon arch that matched the couple's outfits perfectly. It was a surprise holiday proposal and the happiest way to end such a hard year that 2020 was for all of us. Sonja and Stephen really enjoyed being engaged. They loved attending bridal expositions together, planned a fun engagement party last august, and even have planned every detail of their big day TOGETHER! Sonja is blessed that Stephen thoroughly enjoys being a big part of this wedding planning process, unlike other grooms - he is special. They are looking forward to celebrating their big day with their close friends and family at the pink Renaissance Vinoy Hotel in Saint Petersburg.

What do you love about each other:: They are truly opposites who attract! Sonja is fire and Stephen is her ice. They balance and compliment each other perfectly!

Interests/hobbies you enjoy doing together:: THE BEACH! They moved in 2021 even closer to the beach and now enjoy living only 15 minutes away from white sands and crystal clear waters. They also love spending time with their fur babies, family, and friends.

Sonja & Stephen’s wedding day was a true fairytale, Sonja wore a princess ballgown and even wore a crown like the true queen she is. The entire day felt royal and elegant with so many meaningful details and beautiful Albanian traditions. We LOVED experiencing such beautiful moments together with Sonja & Stephen and their loved ones.

Sonja & Stephen… may ALL your dreams come true.

Jenna + Raghav Step Into The Limelight | Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay + Rusty Pelican | Tampa, FL

Raghav and Jenna met through a mutual friend, Ally, who introduced them at Howl-o-scream Busch Gardens in 2010. They went to different schools, Jenna was in ninth grade and he was in tenth. They connected quickly and became best of friends, and started dating shortly after.

Together they love exploring new places and restaurants, both locally and while traveling. They also love cooking together and spending time with their cat, Summer.

Raghav: “I love how smart and sweet Jenna is, and how she always looks after me and our cat, Summer.”

Jenna: “I love how intelligent and driven Raghav is, yet how he can be so lighthearted and encourages me to relax and open up.”

Raghav had his uncle, who lives nearby in Miami, text Jenna to invite them to dinner at a nice restaurant in the area. Raghav normally doesn’t take Jenna to fancy restaurants, so she would’ve been suspicious otherwise! They got to the restaurant and after getting drinks while they waited for his uncle, Raghav excused himself to the restroom. He called Jenna and told her he found a cute spot to finish their drinks while they waited. Jenna went over, and it was a nice private area overlooking the water.  They chatted for a bit and out of no where, he proposed! He coordinated for a local photographer to be lingering in the area so he could capture the moment with pictures and video.

They chose both locations because they encompass the beauty of Florida with spectacular views of the Bay.

Jenna chose the white dress that she did because it has beautiful lace details, and the train is sort of mermaid-y which is perfect for a waterside wedding. The rest of the outfits (Indian outfits and groom’s American outfit) are traditional wedding attire that they feel comfortable in.

The first day of celebrations were at the Rusty Pelican. This was a a simple, Florida themed (waterfront), tasteful affair. The next day continued at with a floral, elaborate, elegant celebration at the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay.

This sweet couple really enjoyed getting all dressed up and having all their loved ones in one place.

Congratulations Jenna and Raghav!
