What an amazing and beautiful wedding we had in celebration of Kelsey and Raj’s love. The day started out with both Kelsey and Raj getting ready and into their traditional Indian wedding attires. Gold and red were the main colors for their gorgeous gowns and pieces. Kelsey was guided by the groom’s mom while putting on the sari she would walk down the aisle with. once both were ready, the two saw each other for the first time that day during a very intimate first look. They were so excited to see each other and glad they had this moment. After some time together, it was time to start the Barat! The groom along with family members and guests chanted and danced all the way to the ceremony site. A heart warming ritual and ceremony took place by the water and both were official married! A reception dinner also took place in one of Sanibel Harbour Marriott’s room’s that was decorated to perfection with floral, uplighting, organic honey for all their guests and a gold and white wedding cake. Congratulations to the newly weds!

Carolynn + Kendrix Step Into The Limelight | The Don CeSar Hotel | St. Petersburg, FL

Kendrix + Carolynn’s story started three years ago when Kendrix kept “liking” Carolynn’s photos on instagram. She finally decided it was time to meet him so she walked right into the surf shop that Kendrix owned in Channelside and they immediately fell in love.

They love so many things about one another…how they make each other laugh, how they parent together, are able to motivate and encourage each other, the ability to put all of their trust into one another, and how similar their life goals and values are.

Carolynn + Kendrix’ favorite way of spending time together involves playing basketball and football. They even had an awesome basketball themed cake topper to top their wedding cake! Even though they love sports, there was nothing else sporty about their romantic black and white wedding. Carolynn + Kendrix’ wedding was so emotional, it was so hard to hold back the tears as we watched them come together to exchange their vows. You could feel how happy Carolynn + Kendrix felt to finally become one and you could also feel how proud their family was!

Congratulations Carolynn + Kendrix, Mr + Mrs Jones at last!

What a wonderful networking night at The Vault hosted by Wedding Wire!

As experienced wedding vendors we all know that this is the most popular time of year for men and women to ‘pop the question’ to their sweethearts. Wedding Wire’s networking event provided the opportunity for Tampa Bay’s vendors to come together to talk about their services and what they can provide a future bride and groom. We have evolved with ‘friendors’ as we like to call them (vendor friends we LOVE and have worked with for years), but its also key to meet new vendors to provide us the opportunity to gain a fresh prospective and grow as our clients seek out the newest trends. So…when the wedding bells start ringing we can pull all of the knowledge we have to make our bride and grooms experience the best Tampa Bay has to offer!

Danielle + Paul Step Into The Limelight | Don CeSar Hotel | St. Petersburg, FL

The Don Cesar is one of the most spectacular venues that host the greatest weddings. Danielle’s and Paul’s wedding did not fall short one single bit - simple, elegant and classic.

The couple met at grad school in Virginia in 2013 but did not start dating until 2015. After some time, Paul knew it was time to propose to the love of his life. The engagement ring was hidden in a sweatshirt that Paul bought for Danielle after taking her to dinner on a Wednesday night. The day of the week made it a surprise. The sweatshirt was an Army sweatshirt because Paul went to West Point and was taking Danielle to her first Army/Navy game. She said YES!

Danielle loves that Paul is protective, intelligent, and helpful to the point of making every situation feel easier to deal with. Paul loves that Danielle is easy to talk to, intelligent, and challenges him. Together, they enjoy working out, running, hiking, watching sports, traveling and of course, being together.

Danielle grew up in the Tampa area and has always loved St. Pete Beach and the Don Cesar. Most of Paul's family and friends and a lot of Danielle's extended family and friends live up north so they also thought it would be a great vacation weekend for everyone.

On the day of the wedding, Paul wore a midnight blue tux that was custom made for the wedding. Danielle wore a beautiful gown that had a moscato lining that shimmers in the light. The reception space was decorated with floral centerpieces, chandeliers and blue uplighting all around.

It was truly and honor to be part of such a gorgeous wedding, congratulations to the newly weds!

TJ + Daniel Step Into The Limelight | Oxford Exchange | Tampa, FL

We had such a wonderful time with TJ and Daniel who got married on this beautiful November evening at the Oxford Exchange in Tampa FL. Dan and TJ went to a Lightning Hockey game as their first date back in 2014. They had gone to Stetson together but officially met on an online dating site. TJ LOVES how calm, gentle and laid back Dan is. Together they enjoy golfing, watching hockey, wine tasting, traveling and of course, spending time with their little toddler.

Their wedding was a true reflection of their happy lives together. A great and calm atmosphere, romantic and classic decor with greenery and floral perfectly placed into every corner of the venue space. Their main object was to focus around their families because that is what is most important to Tj and Daniel. They did such a great job on setting that mood of them! Congratulation to the newlyweds!
