Madison + Ashton Step Into The Limelight | Tampa Museum of Art | Tampa, FL

A Night At The Museum...

Happy, Energetic, Loved & Enthusiastic

Ashton and Madison met during her Sophomore year at Florida State University in Religion Class. Madison walked in the first day and thought he was cute so she sat down next to him. They started out as friends and would hangout occasionally. After 2 years of being best friends, they started dating their senior year and have been inseparable ever since.

Ashton had the ring for about a month and a half and was trying to plan where he was going to pop the question. He looked at planning a trip for them to take or locations around Tampa but couldn’t find the right opportunity. His brother plays college football in Boston, MA andMadison had never been to Boston before, so they agreed to go up together. Ashton knew

this would be the right time to ask as his family would be up there and they could all share in the moment. He planned to ask Madison in the Boston Public Gardens. His father is an avid photographer so he asked him to come up early and join them around Boston while taking photos of them and the city. Ashton’s dad was was in on the plan and knew that he had planned to ask Madison in the Public Gardens. They walked the city and eventually made it to the there. After walking around for a little while, they made their way back onto the bridge. They were getting ready to leave and Ashton’s dad decided they needed to take a few last photos. It was at this moment, Ashton got down on one knee and surprised Madison. He asked Madison to make him the happiest man by being his forever. Thankfully for him, she said YES!

What they love about each other is the ability they have to balance each other out. Madison pushes Ashton to strive for more and look to the future while Ashton calms Madison down and makes sure she enjoys the present. Ashton loves Madison’s corny sense of humor and she loves how nurturing and caring he is towards her and anyone he meets.

Together they love to travel, try new restaurants, going to wineries and breweries, working out at the gym, hanging out with family, friends and their fur “daughter” Harley.

Madison has always loved Curtis Hixon Park and love how it over looks UT. It is always so pretty around that area at night time, so it was a perfect setting for their Black Tie, very formal and elegant wedding day! They were married on the terrace over looking the water and UT.Their favorite detail of the wedding is their unique exit! They had a Grand Exit with Sparklers and then left on a water taxi boat. They took off down the Hillsborough River to dock over at the Tampa Marriott Water Street.

Madison and Ashton planned their whole wedding together and so enjoyed seeing it all come together in the end. Having Madison’s oldest brother Ryan officiate the ceremony was a true highlight of the day. (And it was a surprise to everyone!!!!). Walking down the aisle and seeing each other for the first time knowing they were about to commit to Forever was a very emotional and powerful moment. Perhaps topped only by the first kiss as husband and wife! As for the reception, being around family and friends and dancing the night away was a blast for Madison and Ashton.

Laura + Austin Step Into The Limelight | Sacred Heart Catholic Church + Rusty Pelican | Tampa, FL

Laura and Austin found out that each other existed July 29th 2017.They had matched on Tinder and Austin sent the first message. They didn’t meet in person until August 18th 2017 at Doc B’s at International Mall after Laura had previously canceled the first date attempt. Austin proposed down byTampa Bay with their brand new puppy Mason (who they had just brought home less than 24 hours prior).Austin said he wanted to play with Mason down by the Bay and when they got down there he found a bench for them to all sit on. As they were sitting there, he said that he had bought a new collar for Mason that was too big for her now but that she would grow into and hopefully last forever. BUT...that wasn’t the only thing he wanted to last forever! ha! That’s when he got down on one knee and asked Laura to marry him. He also had a “Will you marry me?” message engraved on the new collar’s tag. Laura was so distracted with letting the puppy down that she went running to get Mason before he could get the ring on her finger. Two of their friends were there hiding to take pictures.

Laura says of Austin,“We complete each other perfectly. We are very similar in our interests/greatest pleasures/beliefs (God, family first, football, exercising, eating, wine, traveling) and also very different. Austin is much more relaxed but also very particular. Laura is a planner and more high strung. Austin prefers cold weather and Laura would take the beach any day. I love the way that Austin always knows the perfect moments to kiss/hug/tell me he loves me. I can easily tell when he is extremely passionate about anything and he always gives 100%. Austin is my other whole. He loves me immensely, even at my worst and is the most loyal person I have ever met. He cares deeply for his family and close friends and has embraced my family as his own. He is always my biggest fan and supports me through all of my crazy endeavors. I know that even though there will be hurdles to overcome, he will always be right by my side.”

Austin says,“Laura is very strong willed. When she wants to accomplish something she spearheads the opportunity. Laura also as a very soft and mothering side. Her passion and experience working with children, combined with her innate desire to love and nurture, help to showcase the wonderful mother she will be one day. I love these characteristics.”

Together they enjoy trying new restaurants or recipes at home, drinking wine, attending sporting events, traveling and shopping.

Sacred Heart Catholic Church is the first place where Austin and Laura attended mass together and they have loved being a part of the parish family and getting involved with University Dinners and meeting other new parishioners. It was wonderful incorporating so many gifts of our Lord in their photos. Austin has been confirmed into the church and he communion for the first time with wine on their wedding day - how very special!

They both love the color blue so they wanted to incorporate as much blue as possible. The men wore in navy and the bridesmaids wore shades of blue as well. Laura’s gorgeous gown was flowy and light...perfect for a Florida wedding but very unique.

Most of their wedding day was traditional, but they did want to incorporate as much football theme as they could into the day as they both love football! Everyone at the wedding felt loved, happy, included, and full (full bellies)!

Emily + Vinny | Step Into The Limelight | Rialto Theater | Tampa, FL

I love me some Emily & Vinny ♥️
I first met Emily during a styled shoot for Milan Catering. Emily is a wedding planner and we clicked right away as we worked together during the session. At that point I could not have imagined I would be photographing her very own special moments as a stunning bride.
I met Vinny during their engagement session along with their cute lil pup Pim… it was so nice getting to know the one who swept Emily off her feet and let me tell you… even though they met on Tinder (ha!) they are absolutely perfect for each other. Emily has such a natural way of being calm in the middle uncertainties (honestly, no one would ever know anything unplanned is happening!) She just has a way of gently fixing a situation and moving things along… Vinny on the hand NEEDS his Emily by his side. He makes her smile (constantly!) and Emily is able to truly enjoy each moment with him. They compliment each other beautifully. She plans, he smiles and melts her heart ♥️
Their wedding day was incredibly beautiful… the bright reds and golds made it so classic! The rustic feel of the venue made it so glam and gave us all Old Hollywood. Each little detail was carefully thought out and the end result was just gorgeous in every way.
I am still in awe that I was trusted to photograph Emily & Vinny’s dream wedding.
I wish you both ALL good things… cheers to many beautiful memories together!

Amy + Richard | Step Into The Limelight | Armature Works | Tampa, FL

Amy and Richard got Married at the beautifully modern and rustic venue, Armature Works. During their wedding process, they both decided they wanted something just a little different than the high glamour, majestic setting. They wanted something that had a sense of high energy with the right amount of edginess. This venue was just that! This gorgeous couple started their day getting ready with their closest family and friends. Amy wore a beautiful custom gown that had lace details all around and was paired with a very fine and light vail. She walked down the aisle so confidently and with the biggest smile as she saw Richard standing there waiting for her. It was the sweetest moment of all! Love and laughed exuded out of this very short and sweet ceremony. and once the couple said their I-Do’s, they accompanied their friends and family to a reception dinner up on the second floor. White Floral, candles and custom wood names were placed on the tables for their guest’s enjoyment. Each table, was unique and with it’s own little touch of Amy’s detailed eye, perfectly selected to give all of us the wow-factor. It was such an amazing time with the two of them, I wish them the best of the best!

Allison + Ethan Step Into The Limelight | Harborside Chapel + The Rusty Pelican | Tampa, FL

Allison and Ethan first met at CevicheTappas Restaurant in down town St.Pete after talking online for a few weeks. More than anything Ethan loves making Allison laugh, loves how incredibly kind she is and he says she has never met someone with a bigger heart. Allison loves that Ethan is so funny and entertaining! He is so patient and calm, and incredibly supportive. They never run of things to say and do together and they love being home together. They both enjoy seeing movies and binging on their favoriteTV shows. They like to visit family and travel together to different countries. Ethan found a quite spot near a beautiful fountain in the gardens of Versailles palace to propose one evening.

Their wedding was an elegant yet relaxed celebration of their marriage with all our family and friends. Everyone had a great time and danced the night away with them. The vibe of Rusty Pelican provided a cozy atmosphere and the beautiful water surrounding the location added to the romantic ambiance. When Allison and Nick first saw Harborside Chapel they knew it was where they wanted to get married-it’s so so simple and beautiful! Like a new canvas for us to paint their marriage.

Colors are the wedding included navy blue, peony pink, blush, white, cream, eucalyptus green and a hint of fuchsia.  Some of their favorite wedding details included the Chapel itself, Allison’s dress, the wedding arbor, the floral arrangements and the atmosphere. Allison created all the center-pieces for the wedding. The groom Ethan brother and father built the wedding arbor for the wedding ceremony. Their DIY floral arrangements were lush with greenery and included blush, white and peony roses and a few fuchsia roses in a background of eucalyptus and mixed deep greens, complimented by floating candles.

This special day was the beginning of their story, and shared with their closest and most loved family and friends.

What do you think will be your highlights from the ceremony and reception? I think we both are looking forward to sharing the our special day with family and friends. Relaxed. Excited. Emotional. Happy. MARRIED! Congratulations Allison + Ethan!
