Tricia + Louis Step Into The Limelight | Sacred Heart Catholic Church | Opal Sands Resort | Clearwater Beach, FL

LOVE STORY

Their story began in 2014, during their first year of law school in Boston, Massachusetts. Tricia and Louis occasionally exchanged glances across a room with 100+ other students. Louis sat in the last row on the left side of the room, and Tricia sat in the first row on the right side. Tricia and Louis spoke for the first time after their Property Law midterm in October. They learned more about each other one Friday, after class, when their section mates gathered at Sidebar, a bar around the corner from their law school. Tricia and Louis connected after learning they were both native New Yorkers and shared similar morals and values.

Once their first-year finals had passed, Louis asked Tricia on a first date to the Museum of Fine Arts, remembering that Tricia loved art and spoke about taking an Italian Art and Architecture class in college. Tricia learned that Louis was a history major and was so impressed by the other side she saw of him.

That summer, Louis went back to New York for an internship opportunity in Manhattan while Tricia remained in Boston for her internship. When Louis completed his internship, he returned to Boston and asked Tricia to go to a rooftop pool she had wanted to try. Louis sent her a Snapchat of the Boston skyline asking, "Will you be my girlfriend? There is no better night." Tricia said yes, of course!

Tricia and Louis continued to strive and thrive in their relationship and careers, which brought them closer together. They shared many of the same goals and drive to succeed. Their partnership was founded on mutual respect, understanding, and support.

The following year, Tricia needed emergency oral surgery and was hospitalized the day before their Commercial Law final. Louis stayed by her side in her recovery room while studying for the exam. A month later, Tricia’s mom was diagnosed with a terminal illness, and Louis was unwavering in his love, patience, and understanding. Tricia's mom, unfortunately, passed away at the end of the summer. She always embraced Louis and told her nurse that they would get married one day. It meant so much to have her blessing and unconditional support.

Tricia and Louis graduated from law school in 2017 and decided to stay in Boston following graduation to pursue job opportunities and continue to build on their relationship. On the sixth anniversary of their first date, after delays due to the pandemic, Louis asked Tricia to marry him on the beach in Tulum, Mexico, which will forever hold a special place in their hearts.

After accomplishing many professional and personal goals and exploring the beautiful, historic city of Boston, Tricia and Louis decided to embark on a new adventure. In 2022, they decided to purchase a home together in Tampa, Florida, and begin the next chapter in their lives.

and OH MY GOODNESS did these two start off right!?
Their wedding celebration was one to remember!
From start to finish, we loved being able to witness Tricia & Louis’ dreams come to life. Every little details was filled with so much thought and deep meaning. Their Ceremony was lovely and it highlighted their beautiful love story with each verse and prayer. We were honored to witness Tricia & Louis expressing their love for their people throughout the day as well, with each long hug and attentive conversations with their families and friends. We ourselves even felt like part of the familia! We love how they LOVE! They ended the day with a HUGE party which included lots and lots of dancing and pure JOY! We loved being a part of their love story and we cannot wait to watch these two celebrate many more milestones together as Mr. & Mrs! Cheers to a beautiful couple ♡

Marde + Troy Step Into The Limelight | Bayanihan Arts and Events Center | Tampa, FL

Marde and Troy met in 2017 while at work. Marde was attending her nursing orientation and Troy was a Patient Care Technician. They started having outings with friends and eventually their friends decided to play matchmaker, setting Marde and Troy up to go on a date and the rest is history!

How Troy proposed, Marde’s POV:

“He proposed to me on the day we closed on our brand new house. He suggested that we drive back from Tampa to our new house to take pictures. Even though I was already exhausted from signing infinite amount of papers, I said okay. When we got there, he surprised me by getting on his knee and asking me to be his wife. I was really surprised. It was the last thing on the mind being that it was such a hectic day. But I will never forget it!”

Together Marde and Troy not only have their own home, but they also have the sweetest little pup, Theo! Theo made an appearance in their engagement photos, as well as Marde’s getting-ready photos for their wedding day. Their wedding day as a whole was just so beautiful. The chemistry and joy that Marde and Troy have is so apparent! They tied the knot at Our Lady of Lourdes in Largo—this is a really special place for them as they have both been attending since they were young. Troy was actually an altar server when he was younger but their paths never crossed then!

Their reception was at the Bayanihan Events Center, which is a Filipino event center. You guys… it was SO BEAUTIFUL. Marde is Filipino, so incorporating her culture into their big day was a must! Everything from their first dance, parent dances, prosperity dance, delicious food, and a whole roasted pig, was the perfect blend of unity and love between Troy and Marde’s joined families. We are so happy for these two (three including Theo!).

We wish the Baldino’s so much happiness! Congrats!

Rachael + Dominic Step Into The Limelight | Italian Club | Tampa, FL

Rachael and Dominic met in 2013 while they were in their college marching band. They were in band together for two years prior to dating… and now, 8 years later, they’re married!

Because we just HAVE to share it, here’s how Rachael tells their engagement story:

“Dominic rented out a movie theater for the movie The Eternals. He told me that we were going to a theater in St. Pete for comfortable chairs. He asked me after we got into the theater before the movie started. My sister and parents were hiding behind the seats to surprise me.”

Rachael loves that Dominic is determined and straight forward. He will always be there when she needs him and be the support system that she can depend on. Dominic loves Rachael's passion for animals and love of life.

Throughout their wedding day, you could spot many birds, as birding is something that both Rachael and Dominic like to do together. From the details on their cake and their table signs, to their guest book, they tied in their mutual love for wildlife!

Their entire day was beautiful, set in the beautiful Italian Club, decorated with perfect touches of pinks and blues, and lots of celebrating in the form of dancing, drinking coffee from their coffee bar + eating gelato! Congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. Raia!

Jocelyn + Jason Step Into The Limelight | Sandpearl Resort | Clearwater Beach, FL

Jocelyn & Jason met in St. Petersburg, FL in 2020 (the greatest year, am I right?!)

Jason then proposed to Jocelyn one afternoon at home when they were just hanging out with their newly adopted puppy.

Jason loves that Jocelyn is a very caring person who loves their pets. Jocelyn is career driven and an independent woman. Jocelyn loves that Jason is very patient, caring and a pleasure to be around. They always have a great time time together. Both Jocelyn & Jason enjoy traveling, going to the movies and the dog beach 🐶

Their wedding was pure classic! It was simple and bright with lots of white flowers throughout… we loved watching these two tie the knot with a beautiful sand ceremony, where the couple take sand from their individual vessels and combine the grains into one. The act represents the joining of two individuals and the creation of a new union and family. Jocelyn & Jason also incorporated the unity candle ceremony which symbolize the joining of their families, the merging of two individuals, the creation of a blended family.

Their entire day was pure joy and filed with lots of love! We wish Jocelyn & Jason many many more memorable and beautiful years together 🥂
