On a beautiful morning at Harborside Chapel, Angela and Mike stepped into a moment that was completely their own — no big party, just love, immediate family, and genuine emotion.

They chose to keep things short and sweet, with just two hours surrounded by their closest people. The ceremony took place at the charming Harborside Chapel in Safety Harbor, FL. I loved capturing their moments during the ceremony and afterward, when we had a relaxed couple session that allowed us to talk, laugh, and make a real connection.

Because the day was so intimate, every second felt intentional. There wasn’t time for distractions or fluff — it was purely about the two of them stepping into their next chapter together.

Even without the getting-ready shots or a reception dance floor, what we captured was even more meaningful: connection. The smiles, the tears, and those subtle, heartfelt moments — those are the ones that truly stay with me.

From the Stadium to the Rooftop Celebration at The Hotel Zamora

After the emotional “I do’s” at Raymond James Stadium, it was time for round two the ultimate celebration at The Hotel Zamora in St. Pete Beach. If their ceremony was heartfelt and intimate, their reception was pure energy.

The rooftop at The Hotel Zamora was glowing with sunset colors, the kind that make you stop and just take it all in. The ocean breeze, the laughter echoing between the tables, the sound of clinking glasses it was one of those nights that you wish could last forever.

From the moment guests arrived, you could feel the joy in the air. Everyone was ready to celebrate, and let’s just say… they did not hold back! There was dancing, singing, and so much laughter,  exactly the kind of night that perfectly fits Hayley and Robert’s vibe.

I loved how they kept everything true to who they are, relaxed, fun, and real. Their “bar game night” theme came to life with cornhole, a giant Jenga, and even a custom puzzle guest book. It felt less like a traditional wedding and more like the best house party ever… just with better outfits and a killer view!

One of my favorite moments was watching them dance together surrounded by friends and family, completely lost in the music, smiling from ear to ear. After the quiet emotion of their ceremony, this night was all about connection and celebration.

Looking around, you could see how loved they are, everyone was part of the joy. That’s what made photographing this wedding so special. It wasn’t just about beautiful places (though both the stadium and this rooftop were epic), it was about two people who built a love story that brings everyone together.

From the pirate ship to the rooftop, from “I do” to “let’s dance”  Hayley and Robert’s wedding was a journey of laughter, love, and unforgettable moments. And I feel so lucky to have captured it all.

Hayley + Robbie Step Into The Limelight | Raymond James Stadium | Tampa, FL

Wow. It’s not every day you get to photograph a wedding at the Buccaneers’ stadium and trust me, it was phenomenal! When I first heard that Hayley and Robert were getting married right there on the pirate ship at Raymond James Stadium, I knew this was going to be unforgettable. But once I learned their story, it all made perfect sense because their love truly began here.

Their very first date was at this exact stadium, cheering from the stands during a Tampa Bay vs. Detroit Lions game (and yes, they still joke about that Bucs win!). So when it came time to say “I do,” it felt like the most natural and meaningful place in the world for them to start their forever.

The ceremony was intimate, with only their closest family members gathered to witness the moment. The Florida sun was shining over the field, and the view from the pirate ship was breathtaking. The best part? The officiant was Hayley’s brother a real-life pirate, in full Buccaneers spirit! He made everyone laugh, cry, and cheer all at once. It was the perfect mix of emotion and fun, just like this couple.

And there was something so touching that made the day even more meaningful, Hayley wore her mother’s wedding dress. Seeing her walk down the aisle in that gown, surrounded by the people who love her most, added an extra layer of nostalgia and beauty to an already emotional day. It felt like a piece of family history was being carried forward, right there in the heart of the stadium where their own love story began.

No over-the-top decor, no stress just love, laughter, and a setting that told their story better than any words could. From the way Hayley looked walking toward Robert, to the way they held hands during their vows, it was pure magic.

This was the first chapter of their celebration, a day that honored where their story began. But just wait until you see what came next… because a few days later, they gathered all their friends and family at The Hotel Zamora for one incredible rooftop party filled with energy, music, and nonstop dancing.

Jodie + Jim Step Into The Limelight | Sunken Gardens | St. Pete, FL

From the moment I stepped into the enchanting beauty of Sunken Gardens, I could feel the love and joy that surrounded Jodie and Jim — it was clear their wedding day would be something truly special. The lush tropical gardens, colorful blooms, and serene pathways perfectly reflected their love story — warm, genuine, and full of life.

Jodie and Jim first met back in 2009 through mutual friends when Jodie needed help with College Algebra. Even though Jim hadn’t seen an algebra equation since the year Jodie was born, he volunteered to be her tutor — and the rest is history! Fast forward to May 19, 2024, when Jim proposed aboard the Carnival Vista Cruise Line, with the help of Jodie’s best friend, Angel, who orchestrated the perfect surprise.

Their garden-style tropical theme wedding at Sunken Gardens was a dream. Inspired by their shared love for rainforests, the setting was filled with vibrant greenery and the sound of laughter echoing through the trees. One of the most touching moments of the day was when they exchanged heartfelt vows surrounded by family and friends — truly the heart of their celebration. Later, the energy shifted to pure joy as everyone hit the dance floor for an unforgettable evening of celebration.

Jodie and Jim’s connection radiated through every image — the way he looks at her, the way she smiles at him — pure magic. It was such a joy to document their story through photojournalistic photography and capture authentic wedding candids that reflect their personalities so beautifully.

The palette was soft yet striking: lilac, silver, and dark navy blue flowed through every element of the day, creating a refined balance of color. Their wedding at Bakers Ranch in Parrish, Florida bore the hallmarks of a love rooted in simplicity, elegance, and genuine connection.

How Their Story Began

They first met at a college house party in 2016, when fate nudged two paths to intersect. Over years of growth, laughter, and shared dreams, their bond grew stronger. Eventually, he proposed one evening on a sunset beach — the horizon glowing in gold and pink as their love story reached its next chapter.

What They Cherished in Each Other

Daniel admired her persistence, her drive toward life goals, and the way she radiated goodness. The moment he first saw her, he felt a wave of excitement and inner peace settle over him — a duality so rare. Marisa mirrored that sentiment exactly. Their most cherished moment came during their “first touch”, when they read private vows without seeing each other — emotion swelled as their words bridged the space between them. The bride later reflected that walking down the aisle and the first dance would remain forever in their hearts. Other standout moments included the bouquet toss to the special women in their lives, and witnessing guests relax, smile, and celebrate the night away.

They also infused personal touches: wedding favors were hand fans printed with the day-of timeline, marrying functionality and sentiment. Every detail echoed their taste and story.
