SHE SAID YES ! It started when Parker and Rylie meet five years ago while attending college After seeing her Parker knew she was the one! Fast forward to now, Parker wanted to surprise Rylie with his proposal on their trip to Clearwater After carefully planning, Parker and Rylie’s Mom Lynda put their plan into action as they told Rylie they were going to visit the bar as they wanted some refreshments after checking into the Don Cesar. Unknowingly to Rylie, Parker and both of their families were setting up the path of flowers that were leading her to Parker down on one knee. She was surprised! Both families cheered on as Rylie said yes to Parker! We congratulate these two on there Engagement and wish them a marriage full of love and good times!
