As I set up my gear, the soft glow of the setting sun began to bathe the sky in hues of orange, pink, and lavender. St. Pete Beach has always been one of my favorite locations to photograph, but on this day, it was simply mesmerizing. The sand, the sea, and the sky all seemed to come together to create the most incredible canvas for Amanda and Brett’s love story.

The Tradewinds Resort, with its stunning beachfront view and lush greenery, provided the perfect venue for this sweet couple. There’s something about the atmosphere here that sets the tone for a relaxed yet elegant celebration. Every detail, from the delicate florals to the carefully designed ceremony setup, perfectly reflected Amanda and Brett’s vision for their day.

Some moments are so fleeting, so pure, that they deserve to be captured. This past morning, I had the honor of photographing a beautiful family one filled with love, warmth, and resilience even in the face of the cold.

It was 6:40 AM, still dark and freezing, but there’s something magical about those first few minutes of a photoshoot when the world feels like it’s just waking up. As the sun began to rise, the couple arrived with their two daughters, and we set off to make memories.

 Their love was so evident, even in the coldest moments, and that’s what I sought to capture the warmth of their bond, no matter the temperature.
