While hiking Diamond Head, a volcano on Oahu with a fitting name, Jeff seized the perfect moment. With the breathtaking Hawaiian landscape as the backdrop, he dropped to one knee behind Krystal. When she turned around, there he was, ring in hand, ready to ask the most important question of his life.

The 2023 Evening of the bay was a gala celebrating the Tampa Bay community and its efforts to protect and restore the Bay areas watershed while rising funds to help future provide aid to the environment and to continue to spread the importance of the Tampa bay watershed.. Guest were able to enjoy the food and peruse through the many items of the silent auction as well as partake in dinner while celebrating prominent individuals who made an impact in their mission to help keep the Tampa Bay Area as beautiful as it can be. After an exciting Live auction guest were able to raise more funds and to celebrate the night away by dancing to the sweet serene of The 18-Piece Jazz orchestra The TomKats. This event was truly a occasion to remember as we look back on the progress the Tampa bay watch has done to help improve the waters of the Tampa bay area

Limelight Photography recently had the thrilling opportunity to photograph the "What Scares You" network event hosted by the National Association for Catering and Events (NACE) at the iconic Yacht StarShip in Tampa, Florida. With a spine-tingling theme and a competitive best costume contest, this evening was nothing short of a hauntingly good time.

Yacht StarShip, known for its luxurious cruises along Tampa Bay, transformed into a haunted vessel for the evening. As guests boarded the ship, they were greeted by eerie décor, dimly lit lanterns, and an air of anticipation for a night filled with surprises and fun.

We were there to document all the highlights, from the creative costumes, genuine smiles and connections formed during the event. As a wedding photographer, I have the immense privilege of capturing beautiful moments that mark the beginning of lifelong journeys together. Today, I'm thrilled to share the heartwarming story of Jennifer and Bill, a couple whose love story began on the dance floor of a cruise and culminated in a breathtaking beach proposal. Jennifer and Bill's journey started on a high note, quite literally, when they met on the Groove Cruise in January 2020. Dancing the night away, their connection was undeniable from the moment they locked eyes on the dance floor. Little did they know that this chance encounter would be the start of a beautiful love story. 

Fast forward to November 11th, 2021, when Bill took Jennifer on a romantic beach walk on Siesta Key. As the sun dipped below the horizon, Bill got down on one knee and asked the most important question of his life. With the waves gently lapping at the shore, Jennifer said yes, and they sealed their love with the stunning backdrop of the beach. 

Jennifer adores Bill's humor and his complete acceptance of her. It's a testament to the strength of their bond that they cherish each other's uniqueness and find joy in each other's company. Their shared interests include gardening, dancing, and home improvement, which have brought them closer together and allowed them to create a home filled with love and laughter.

Their choice of the Powel Crosley Estate overlooking Sarasota Bay perfectly encapsulated the magic they wanted to share on their special day. The elegant and classic feel they aimed for was beautifully reflected in their emerald, gold, and black color scheme. What set their wedding apart was the beautiful merging of their two different cultures. It was a celebration of not just their love but also the rich tapestry of their backgrounds.
