These two met in 2018 through a mutual friend, 4 years later Garrett proposed, and now in March 2023 we got to witness them tie the knot in front of their family + bridal party!

Angie and Garrett’s wedding day was full of joy. There was A LOT of great dancing, a soft sunset, and it was overall a great night. Angie and Garrett compliment each other so well and you can tell that not only were the two of them thrilled to get married, but their families were also.

Congrats to Angie and Garrett—may you continue growing in love together forever! We’re so happy for you two!

Marde + Troy Step Into The Limelight | Bayanihan Arts and Events Center | Tampa, FL

Marde and Troy met in 2017 while at work. Marde was attending her nursing orientation and Troy was a Patient Care Technician. They started having outings with friends and eventually their friends decided to play matchmaker, setting Marde and Troy up to go on a date and the rest is history!

How Troy proposed, Marde’s POV: 

“He proposed to me on the day we closed on our brand new house. He suggested that we drive back from Tampa to our new house to take pictures. Even though I was already exhausted from signing infinite amount of papers, I said okay. When we got there, he surprised me by getting on his knee and asking me to be his wife. I was really surprised. It was the last thing on the mind being that it was such a hectic day. But I will never forget it!”

Together Marde and Troy not only have their own home, but they also have the sweetest little pup, Theo! Theo made an appearance in their engagement photos, as well as Marde’s getting-ready photos for their wedding day. Their wedding day as a whole was just so beautiful. The chemistry and joy that Marde and Troy have is so apparent! They tied the knot at Our Lady of Lourdes in Largo—this is a really special place for them as they have both been attending since they were young. Troy was actually an altar server when he was younger but their paths never crossed then!

Their reception was at the Bayanihan Events Center, which is a Filipino event center. You guys… it was SO BEAUTIFUL. Marde is Filipino, so incorporating her culture into their big day was a must! Everything from their first dance, parent dances, prosperity dance, delicious food, and a whole roasted pig, was the perfect blend of unity and love between Troy and Marde’s joined families. We are so happy for these two (three including Theo!).

ABC Step Into The Limelight April Luncheon Meeting | Shahnasarian Event Hall | Pinellas Park, FL

We had a blast at the ABC Luncheon this April.
The theme this month was “Dancing with the Stars” and we had so much fun watching our friendors take on the dance floor along with some professional dancers, we even had judges ya’ll! OMG we laughed so hard and had a great time! We then all learned some simple dance moves to share with our couples to help them create an amazing First Dance with the talented Bayou Dance Club.

Nesa + Josh Step Into The Limelight | Armature Works | Tampa, FL

Nesa and Josh… these two were absolutely stunning at their Armature Works engagement session! The sun complimented them by shining with the most perfect golden hour ray and the sky was as clear as can be! ☺️ The two love birds smiled and laughed at each other as we took photos. Our favorite part was the champagne spray as they had so much fun doing so. We will see these two again at armature works next year when they tie the knot ❤. We wish these to a happy engagement and can't wait to see them next year!!

Morgan + Hunter Step Into The Limelight | Yacht StarShip | Clearwater Beach, FL

In May of 2016 is where it all began for Hunter & Morgan…

These two had mutual friends and met at a bar while in Morgan was in college. In July of 2016 is when they made it official and started dating.

Hunter and Morgan love being on the water and the warm weather that comes with visiting Florida (since these two currently live in Virginia!). They found the Yacht Starship when they were down visiting Hunter’s parents in Clearwater. They went on a tiki boat ride and saw the Yacht while they were out and then immediately looked into it for their big day!

How Hunter proposed: 

Morgan said… “I thought he was hunting per usual on the weekends in November. His mom was in town and we went for a girl's day at one of my favorite vineyards - Upper Shirley Vineyard. We were drinking wine when all of a sudden Hunter tapped me on the shoulder out of nowhere! He walked me down by the water and proposed!”.

We are so happy for these two. Their love and happiness is radiant and they are just so excited to be married after 7 years together!
