Lauren + Shixie {Max} Step Into The Limelight | Honeymoon Island State Park | Dunedin, FL

I had the pleasure of meeting these two sweet souls for their romantic and charming engagement session at Honeymoon Island State Park. We had a great time during their session, they are inseparable - so in love!
When I heard that Max proposed to Lauren in song form... I was already teary! Max wrote the sweetest song and played along with his guitar declaring his love for Lauren in front of family & friends.
These two love birds, have been working hard to achieve their career goals as well { we are all so proud }. Both Lauren & Max have graduated from the University of Central Florida and are now M.D's, Lauren as a Vascular Surgeon and Max as a Psychiatrist - I would say the world is better because of it!
They already make a great team and we are so excited to see what the future holds.
Let the adventure begin! First stop - CHINA!

Madison + Grant Step Into The Limelight | Opal Sands Resort | Clearwater Beach, FL

It all started in 2015 when Madison had moved to Florence, Kentucky.  She didn’t know anyone and decided to join a dating website in hopes to branch out and meet new people. Two weeks into this reluctant online saga, she received a message and it was from a man named Grant.  After getting to know each other for a little while, they had their first date which consisted of frozen pizza and cozily watching the movie Elf at Madison’s apartment. Since that day, they have built many memories of love and laugther.

Happily Fast forward two years later to 2017, Grant brought Madison on their annual trip to The Cincinnati Zoo to enjoy the Christmas lights. As part of their tradition, Madison and Grant take a picture in the ‘Candy Cane Forrest.’ Grant decided to do something a little different that year, and after taking their picture he dropped down on one knee and asked for Madison’s hand in marriage. Madison was so surprised as she said yes! After the zoo, he surprised her by taking her out to a planned rooftop dinner with both of their parents.

Madison and Grant are truly perfect compliments of one another and are very best friends. They love to travel and try new things, which is one of the reasons why they decided to have a destination wedding in Florida.

On the Opal Sands Resorts’ Event Lawn surrounded by friends and family,  the wedding party walked down the aisle to the tropical tune of a steel drum band where they witnessed Madison and Grant dedicate their lives to one another.  The bridesmaids wore emerald green gowns, the groomsmen in tan suits with no ties; brought together by stunning bouquets of baby pineapples and tropical flowers.

It was a delight to see how happy Madison and Grant were on their wedding day, along with their guests as they bonded together as one big family.

Congratulations on your Marriage Madison + Grant <3 !

Daina + Keith Step Into The Limelight | Sir Winston Yacht | St. Petersburg, FL

Keith and Daina met on April 16, 2014 at a Tampa Bay Lightning hockey game. Diana is a teacher, and had just taken a job in Atlanta. One of her former students gifted her tickets to the game; it was Round 1, Game 1 playoffs. She went with her friend but ended up sitting next to a man and his son (Keith). Keith’s dad began cheering and shouting at some people which led to him to talking with Daina. Keith and his dad were at the game because his dad had knee surgery and had to postpone attending the game they originally were going to attend. Keith went to get drinks, and when he returned, his dad got up (mid-conversation), moved over, and told Keith to sit next to Daina! He then elbowed Keith and told him to get my number. His dad thinks he was smooth, but he was actually very loud and it was a bit embarrassing. But Daina and Keith did end up hanging out that next week, and continued to spend time together daily until Daina moved that August. After 3 years long distance, Keith proposed, and Daina moved back to St. Pete!

In March 2014, Daina’s grandmother was terminally ill. Keith knew how important she was to Daina, and while Keith had only purchased a loose diamond; he surprised Daina by flying to Alabama where Dania’s grandma was in the care of Hospice. Keith asked Dania’s dad permission to marry Daina while they were in the hospital, and told Daina’s grandmother his plans. He then “semi-proposed” by showing Daina the loose diamond. Fast forward a month, Keith suggested that they celebrate their “hockeyversary” (which was also Easter Sunday) by having a staycation. Daina knew something was suspect when he suggested they take their cat on a boat to the Marriott Waterside – next to the hockey arena – and go to Jackson’s for Easter brunch. En route to brunch, Keith tried to surprise Daina by having a photographer ask if she could take their photo for her portfolio. She ended up taking pictures as Keith got down on one knee and proposed.

Keith says:  “I love how Daina cares about other people, and she is so passionate about her students. She is extremely smart and motivated and witty and always keeps me on my toes. She enjoys the outdoors and camping and boating and many other of the same things as me. She is a talented violinist and likes to get involved in the community. And she is very beautiful which never hurts.”

Daina says:  “I love how Keith is an incredibly hardworking, dedicated, and loving. His support for me is endless. He is amazing with kids, and he is incredibly passionate, yet patient. He loves the outdoors and he’ll take as long as he needs to teach me new things whether boating or computing or cooking. He’s a true renaissance man!”

Together they enjoy camping, boating, fishing, movies, going out to dinner and spending time with friends. They wanted their wedding to suit their lifestyle and be fun and entertaining, but still classy.  Their outdoor wedding offered guests an elegant indoor option. Their wedding was perfectly nautical, entertaining and carefree. They combined their love of “grass and water” with boats. While still incorporating their local beach/jetty for pics via first look.  They incorporated things they love such as sunsets, boating, and the outdoors. They also minimized the obligations during the wedding by taking care of the traditional moments as soon as possible (cake cutting, dances, toasts), so that they were able to have much of the boat ride to just hang with the people they love. For the location, they wanted something that didn’t require a lot of extra decoration or entertainment, and felt this yacht was the perfect answer. Daina, Keith and all of their guests were happy, joyful and in awe of the beautiful day.

Stephanie + Andrew Step Into The Limelight | Marco Beach Ocean Resort | Marco Beach Island, FL

Stephanie & Andrew love trying new things together like new bars, new restaurants and craft beer! They are both laid back and enjoy living life together... cheering each other on along the way.
On a perfect Spring Day in May, these two said their I Do's surrounded by their closest friends and family. The ceremony was pronounced by Stephanie's uncle and it was filled with sweet memories and great LOVE.
Marco Beach Ocean Resort was the perfect venue for Stephanie & Andrew, it invokes peace and relaxation with one the uttermost serene beach waters waves, the decor was classic and elegant and every detail was complete implementing fresh greenery.
We could not get enough of the love displayed by this couple, so genuine and sweet. Throughout the day we all kept saying was how nice Stephanie & Andrew are! Stephanie is so poised and confident, she oozes beauty from the inside out and Andrew is a quiet gentleman, respectful of others and always putting others before himself. I say these two will live life beautifully, generously, honorably and everyone around them will be blessed to have them.
We wish you all the great & wonderful things life can offer! Cheers!
