We had the most marvelous time with Shelby and Dan on this lovely February weekend. Their day which took place in Tampa, Florida, had the clearest, bluest sky. The sunshine gave light to what would become the best day for these two wonderful people. An intimate, elegant wedding next to the water had always been something the couple wanted for their special day. It all became a reality at the Rusty Pelican where the two would say their vows to one another. Family and friends gathered from different parts and witnessed the most sincere and fun couple become one in marriage. As the sun set over the waters, the couple and their adored guests made their way into a very beautifully lit reception room. The chic and vintage decor included an ice sculpture at the entrance, fabric-draped ceiling with twinkling lights, tables wrapped with blue and silver details, and an assortment of white and lavender flowers. At the end of the night, after a lot of dancing and pure fun, we stepped out for a moment with the newly-weds and wrapped up our day with a quiet, intimate session of the two just loving up on each other. This special day was a joy to be a part of with this amazing pair. Congrats to the newly weds!

Mary + Robert Step Into The Limelight | Le Méridien Tampa + Oxford Exchange | Downtown Tampa, FL

I had the wonderful opportunity of joining Mary and Robert on their beautiful wedding which took place in Tampa. Their day started off at the very stylish and modern hotel, The Meridian, where Mary and Robert would later see each other for the first time that day with a first look which was so sweet! They were both accompanied by their two furry babies who they love so much and a large group of close loved ones that made up their bridal party.

Once the couple had their moment, we made our way to the Oxford Exchange, where an elegant ceremony took place in which Mary and Robert said their vows to each other and sealed their promise with a kiss.

The two, happy as can be, celebrated the night away with their friends and family with a very romantic candle-lit dinner. They celebrated the night away with lots of great music! At the end of the night, the newlyweds made a grand exit, said their goodbyes to all their adored guests, and made their way into a very classy white Bentley. What a night full of excitement and romance. Congratulations to the newlyweds!

It all started when Ann wrote that they loved EVERYTHING about each other!

The day couldn’t have been more perfect for Ann & Rob’s Wedding. With a beautiful ceremony in the late hours of the afternoon with a backdrop of the sun high above the ocean’s edge, there was no better way for the two of them to say their I Do’s with all their friends and loved ones sharing in their special moment. The rest of the evening was so peaceful, almost storybook-esk, with good food {donut bar!}, good music, and good times shared by all with a heartwarming Father/Daughter dance and a tear jerking Mother/Son dance. Congratulations to Ann & Rob and may you two have a lifetime of happiness & good fortune.

Vanessa + Anthony Step Into The Limelight | Downtown Tampa, FL

What a beautiful day it was when I met Vanessa and Anthony in Downtown Tampa. The sky was clear, weather was great - it was just perfect for this lovely couple! The two enjoyed their stroll downtown and I personally enjoyed watching them interact with each other. The sweetest moments came out of this pair and there is no doubt they are just perfect for each other. As the sun started to set, we made our way to Ulele Restaurant where they both enjoyed a nice cocktail with each other and celebrated their engagement with two of their closest friend. What a great way to end the day. Congrats to the soon to be Mr. and Mrs!

Cassandra + Scott Step Into The Limelight | Vinoy Renaissance Resort & Golf Club | St. Petersburg, FL

For Cassandra and Scott it was very important to capture the essence of their wedding for their engagement session. The best way to do this was to incorporate their future wedding venue, the beautiful, The Vinoy Renaissance St. Petersburg Resort & Golf Club.

I loved hearing about their first moments of when they knew each other were “the one:”

Scott says, “I knew almost instantly that Cassandra was the one.”

Cassandra says, “She knew when she recognized this happiness she had never experienced, and felt this excitement to wake up every day and take on the world with the person I love.”

Witnessing Cassandra and Scott’s love for each other was so sweet in the way they made sure each other felt comfortable and reassured.

I cannot wait for their wedding in October!
