Hello, my name is Jackie!
I grew up in Dunedin, Florida, and have lived throughout the beautiful Tampa Bay area. I joined the Limelight Photography team in 2018, and I feel incredibly grateful to have spent these years documenting love stories and unforgettable celebrations.
I have a warm, nurturing personality, and helping people feel calm, comfortable, and cared for comes naturally to me. I know being photographed can feel vulnerable, especially during such an emotional and meaningful day. My goal is to create a peaceful experience where my clients can relax, trust me, and remain fully present with the people they love.
Some of my favorite things in life are spending time with friends and family, being outdoors, and creating art. I was always a bit of an art nerd growing up. Throughout school, I took every kind of art class I could, from drawing and painting to building stage props for the theater.
Moving often taught me how to adapt to new environments, connect with different people, and find beauty wherever I am. I love art in every medium, but photography and painting have always been my favorites. I often combine the two by painting photographs I have taken.
I naturally pay close attention to the people, emotions, and meaningful details around me. That is what first captivated me about photography. A photograph can preserve a fleeting expression, a quiet interaction, or a beautiful detail long after the moment has passed.
It is an honor to create images that allow my clients to return to those moments and feel them all over again.
