VENUE RENTAL
Monday – Thursday$3,500.00 Friday – Sunday & Holidays$4,500.00

Up to 10 hours facility rental for setup, service and cleanup included
Standard timeline 2:00 pm – 12:00 am: can be revised as needed

Photo shoots, wedding rehearsals, and additional hourly rates at $300 per hour
Rentals Include a 6.5% Sales Tax

20% discount on rental fee for events during July – August
20% discount on rental fee for local non-profit events with certificate

This space can accommodate up to:
80 guests seated outside in garden space
additional guests can be seated inside throughout gallery
200+ guests inside and outside cocktail style

Venue Details:
10 hours facility rental for setup, service, and cleanup
6,000 square feet inside main event space, front foyer and restrooms
2,500 square feet outside garden

Included in Rental:
Private gallery inside collection space
Private outdoor garden space

Optional Items:
Tables, linens and chairs as needed
String lighting garden
Arches, boxwood walls and décor

BOOKING DETAILS

Signed contract and 50% deposit due upon booking to confirm your event date.
Final payment due 30 days prior to event date.
Venue rental includes up to a 10 hour event timeline for setup, service and cleanup.
Standard timeline 2:00 pm – 12:00 am, can be revised as needed
Additional hours and rehearsals can be included as needed at $200 per hour.
Events will conclude by 10:30 pm in order to allow your vendor teams 90 minutes to cleanup by 12:00 am midnight.
