Sarah + Brett Step Into The Limelight | Sandpearl Resort | Clearwater Beach, FL

You know those couples that everyone knows that they are made for each other EXCEPT the actual couple? Well, meet Brett and Sarah. They met the first year staff training at their first job out of college. After a few work trips, runs in Boston Commons, tours of the Freedom Trail, Cannoli’s at Mikes Pastry and exploring spooky caves, their friends started to question if this truly was just a friendship. Sarah and Brett insisted it was just that but, well…here we are. 

Late 2016, Brett realized that he actually wanted more than a friendship with Sarah. So, he started to create ways to hangout with Sarah more one-on-one. After a couple yoga dates, boating days and a trip to the Dali Museum–Sarah started to get the hint. On New Year of 2017, Sarah and Brett finally made it official. Exactly four years later, Brett got down on one knee and asked Sarah to marry him. 

The couple tied the knot at the beautiful Sandpearl Resort surrounded by friends and family. We loved being a part of it!

Kayla + Shane Step Into The Limelight | Davis Islands Garden Club | Tampa, FL

Merry. Loved. Cheerful!

Kayla and Shane met in class at the University of Florida in 2014. Together they enjoy trying new restaurants/new foods, hiking with their dog and watching true crime documentaries. Shane loves Kayla’s sense of humor and her incredible ambition. She loves how he is funny, hard-working, and understanding. Shane proposed on a hike near Leigh Lake in the Grand Tetons National Park. 

They had a beautiful ceremony in a romantic garden outdoor setting, followed by fun night dancing and mingling with they closest friends and family. The pinnacle of the night was when the bride and groom made their getaway from the venue in a water taxi!

Kayla and Shane had some super cool details! Kayla made all of the bouquets out of wooden flowers so they are more sustainable and can be kept forever! The overhead string lights between the trees added to the elegant ambience of the evening. And their centerpieces will be interactive!

Kelly + Ray Step Into The Limelight | Isla Del Sol Yacht & Country Club | St. Petersburg, FL

Kelly and Ray went on their first day five years ago at The Mill Restaurant in Downtown St. Pete. They instantly bonded over their shared love for Game of Thrones and dogs. Ray insisted that Kelly bring along Bailey on their third date. After pulling their outdoor table towards the street because she saw another dog, ruining Ray’s shorts with her muddy paws and more mischievous things–Kelly thought Bailey had doomed a love interest. Instead, Ray laughed the entire thing off, gave Bailey a pat on the head and got new shorts. Kelly knew then that this was something special. 

Marriage is about teamwork and this couple makes the perfect team. Kelly is the organized one who keeps everything on track while Ray makes sure that they have fun! They love to travel, go to theme parks, take walks with Bailey and go on long bike rides. 

After having to reschedule their wedding date, Kelly and Ray eloped during the pandemic in beautiful North Carolina. Their wedding day was full of happiness, family and friends. Even Bailey made an appearance during the ceremony. They said their I Do’s at the beautiful Isla Del Sol. They even provided TVs for their guest so they could watch their rival college football games (Kelly is a Gator and Ray is a Buckeye fan!) We loved being a part of this couple’s story! Congrats to your happily ever after!

Rachel + Samuel Step Into The Limelight | Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort And Spa | Clearwater Beach, FL

You know the saying “if it is meant to be, it will happen”? A few years ago, Sam met this girl named Rachel at a work beach party. They spent the entire day together but unfortunately, it didn’t go anywhere. However, those closest to them claim to just “know” a match had been made. During 2020, Sam moved into the apartment next to Rachel and they have been inseparable ever since.

Rachel and Sam love spending time outside in the sunshine, learning to cook, catching up on their favorite Netflix shows and spending quality time with their loved ones.

The couple said their “I Dos” at the beautiful Hyatt Clearwater. Even though the rain decided to make a visit, nothing could put a damper on this couple’s day. Surrounded by love and joy from their closest family and friends, Sam and Rachel consistently had a smile on their face. We loved being a part of their day! Congrats to the Youngermans!

Marci + Alex Step Into The Limelight | Lido Beach Resort | Sarasota, FL

Marci & Alex’ ❤︎ Story…

How/when did you meet each other:: We met last August on a dating app called Hinge.

How did he propose:: It was just him and I at my house with our five dogs, so it was very intimate. I was putting together a dessert in the kitchen, then he came down with a box in his hand. He brought me into the living room, got down on one knee, told me how much he loved me and how he wanted to spend the rest of his life with me, and proposed. I was absolutely speechless and somehow I muttered "absolutely, YES!”

What do you love about each other:: We are extremely similar in a lot of ways, but where we are different is where one person is strong in that trait where it is the other's weakness. Such as, Alex is very detailed oriented and loves to research, while Marci is not and does not love to research. We are both very easy going people who love animals, hard workers, communicate well and freely, provide each other comfort, and our each other's best friend. When we met, we knew that it was a different love that neither of us had felt and we knew that we would be together forever.

Interests/hobbies you enjoy doing together:: We love to travel, work on our new home, be with our dogs, go to the gun range, spend time with friends and family, and just watch a good movie and relax.

Marci & Alex’ wedding day was a tropical getaway! Everywhere you looked there were pops of color and greenery… the day was elegant, sweet, romantic and effortlessly simple. It truly was a “good time” and we loved seeing Marci & Alex surrounded by their loved ones on such a special day. These two danced the night away, laughed with friends, hugged hard and made sure to include their five pups during their reception… just take a look at the cake! The cutest!
