KENDRA AND TIM FEATURED IN THE LIMELIGHT |THE RITZ-CARLTON SARASOTA | SARASOTA , FL |

Kendra and Tim were married in a beautiful waterside ceremony and reception at The Ritz-Carlton in Sarasota, FL!  This amazing couple met through mutual friends and a year and a half later Tim proposed during a private dinner at their favorite vacation spot The-Ritz Carlton!  Tim had a candlelit romantic dinner planned with rose petals covering the table and the floor and since this location is very special to them it felt like the most natural place  to exchange their vows and celebrate their love!  Family is very important to the couple so I loved how Kendra's children were very involved as her son walked her down the aisle and her daughter stood up as her maid of honor.  The ceremony site was gorgeous with light colors and florals and the celebration was energetic and a lot of fun to capture!

ALISON AND MICHAEL FEATURED IN THE LIMELIGHT | SUNKEN GARDENS | THE BIRCHWOOD | ST. PETERSBURG , FL

Alison and Michael had a beautiful wedding day in downtown St. Petersburg. This was an international affair with guests traveling in from across the Atlantic.  Guests joined these two in the lush scenery of Sunken Gardens for the ceremony, and then traveled to the Birchwood to continue their celebration in one of the hotels ballrooms. In Alison's words, these two met,  “At MacDintons Tampa very late one night! He stopped me as I was leaving and I gave him my phone number. Turns out, for the longest time before we went on a first date, he had me in his phone as "Cute Russian Chick"! Who knew a British accent sounded Russian?! He will never live that down! After our first sushi date, we knew there was something between us. After the first time he came to my house and met my parents, my dog crashed into his leg with such excitement and they had an immediate bond. He misses our Henry as much as I do! Six years later...the rest is history!” Their history turned into a marriage proposal that Alison said yes :)  One day… “At sunset on the beach at Tortuga Inn on Anna Maria Island. We had been going there every year since we met for Mike's birthday, and this year seemed no different so I didn't suspect a thing! He almost backed out- I was not feeling well and then a thunderstorm approached and he decided it was a bad omen! My sister Nicola, being the level-headed person she is, told him to snap out of it (ha ha!) and I'm so glad she did :) We walked down to the beach on the way to dinner and the post thunderstorm sky was so beautiful that unsuspecting me almost didn't realize that Mike was trying to propose, while I tried to take sunset photos! Oops! How could I say no to that ring?! It was stunning. My sister took discreet photos from afar and then my parents came onto the beach holding Veuve Clicquot champagne that my heavily pregnant sister had sent for the occasion. We face timed with her and my brother in law and all celebrated on the beach together as a family. It could not have been more perfect or more of a complete surprise!” It was great working with these two and congratulations to the newlyweds! :)

KIMBERLY AND CHRIS STEP INTO THE LIMELIGHT | JOHN'S PASS AND REDINGTON BEACH | REDINGTON BEACH FL,

I met up with this lovely couple who met two years ago in St. Petersburg for their engagement! Kimberly and Chris had a sweet, fun-loving nature about them when we first chatted that I knew they were going to be great to work with. We set a date for their session in January and the weather was looking great until a few days before, a cold front rolled in. These two were up for anything so we were planning on getting them in the water toward the end of their session. As it turned out the day we set the session was the coldest day of the year so far. They almost went for it, but I am glad they didn't! We rescheduled and were invited to an absolute gorgeous day with very little people around! They were such a fun duo, playful and I could tell the love the had for one another was very strong! We are thrilled to be photographing their wedding in November, even more so after meeting these two! Congratulations Kimberly and Chris!

CHRISSY AND KENT FEATURED IN THE LIMELIGHT | SAND KEY PARK | CLEARWATER BEACH, FL

Chrissy & Kent decided to surprise their children during their vacation to Florida with a simple and casual wedding ceremony at the Sand Key Park in Clearwater Beach. These two love birds came all the way from Kentucky to tie the knot on the beach along with their four children. They both loved visiting Clearwater Beach before getting married and now this will forever be special place. This beautiful ceremony captured the love between Chrissy & Kent but most importantly the bond between this newly blended family.

And what could be better than a picnic on the beach? This sweet family enjoyed chocolate covered strawberries and a delicious cake to top off the breathtaking sunset.

Congratulations to this fantastic family!

MAGGIE AND RYAN STEP INTO THE LIMELIGHT | LONG BOAT KEY CLUB | SARASOTA, FL

Maggie and Ryan are such a sweet and fun couple! The instant Michael and I met Maggie and Ryan I knew we were just going to love working with them! They are down to earth, genuine and fun-loving. They have a rich tradition vacationing at the Longboat Key Club so it just made sense to meet here for our session. We began with pictures near Portofino – I adore the Italian architecture. Next, we headed over to the Longboat Key Club Moorings and took advantage of the gorgeous sky and yachts. We finished the session on the beautiful beach by the Gulf of Mexico. We had a fabulous engagement session with great weather and we were even blessed with a rainbow!
