Kylie + Sam Step Into The Limelight | The Florida Aquarium | Tampa, FL

Where to even start… Kylie and Sam have known each other since they were 8 years old, but didn’t start dating until almost 5 years after college. Though they’ve done partial long-distance for some time now, they have created such a sweet life for themselves—living in Maine with their two Australian Shepards and enjoying all things nature. Kylie rehabilitates animals, so getting married at the Florida Aquarium was a dream come true.

One especially memorable part of the night was when the Florida Aquarium staff brought out a hawk and a barn owl for guests and the couple to take photos with. A barn owl was the first animal that Kylie was able to rescue, rehabilitate, and then release—it’s her spirit animal!

Kylie and Sam are easy-going, carefree people who love living in the moment. Their entire guest list flew from Maine to celebrate these two tying the knot, so it truly was a big celebration. Guests were definitely taking to the dance floor and showering this couple with love all throughout the night.

Tori + Derek Step Into The Limelight | The Florida Aquarium | Tampa, FL

“A love like the sea, endless, deep and completely unique”

Tori and Derek met at a local country bar in 2014 but didn’t connect again until a year later at a mutual friend’s birthday party. Derek ended up driving Tori home that night and they have been inseparable ever since.

Years later,Tori and Derek were with their families on a camping trip at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Campground and Resort. One night, Derek told Tori they were going to watch the fireworks at the Grand Floridian. Instead of heading to the beach,Derek surprisedTori with a ride on the Grand OneYacht.TheYacht anchored down right in front of the Cinderella castle and three minutes into the fireworks, Derek got down on one knee.Their families cheered as Tori said yes! How magical is that?! .

“We complement each other with our personalities in a good way.We love that we enjoy doing all the same things and miss each other when we are not together. I love the way he provides for me and always keeps me safe. He loves me for my kindness and loyalty. We have built a relationship on trust and believe that’s key to happiness”

Tori and Derek tied the knot in front of a few sea friends (and a couple more human friends) at The Florida Aquarium. It was a magical evening and we loved being a part of this couple’s special day!

Abby + Eric Step Into The Limelight | Sirata Beach Resort | St. Petersburg, FL

Abby and Eric met In April of 2017 when a mutual friend set them up on a blind date. Eric drove two hours to take Abby out for dinner and drinks. They hit it off right away and have now been together for over 2 years. One day, when they were on vacation in Punta Cana,  Eric got down on one knee and asked for Abby’s hand in marriage. Of course, she said yes!

Eric and Abby both love to travel and love the beach. His family lives in Ohio, while Abby’s family lives in Illinois. They were going to have a wedding in Indianapolis as a central location, but when they realized Abby’s grandparents wouldn't be able to make a 2 hour drive, they both decided to have a small ceremony for them at home and then take off and get married on the beach with their closest family and friends in Florida. Since both Abby and Eric love the beach, Eric did some research on locations and made plans to call a few locations. They fell in love with Sirata Beach Resort.

On the day of their wedding, Abby’s bridesmaids wore sunflower yellow dresses and the men were in gray and white outfits. Abby wore a beautiful, white gown and held the most colorful and lively bouquet of flowers. Each groomsmen had a different colored boutonniere and the bridesmaids had bold colored bouquets as well. The day was sunny with a clear blue sky. It was simply perfect for these two!
